try swapping your cpu in another known good pc. ie a friends pc with similar specs.

ive had a rough past with redragon and its sister company dragon gaming gear. Both are basically for starters products. they look really good on the box but the products themselves are pretty cheap plastics and sometimes the mechanical switches are membrane with springs or latches that emitate sound or feel (thus the Feels like mechanical on the front of the box). Like the ornata keyboard from razer.
If you really look for a good keyboard id say going up the price to around 60+ usd. and buying from websites on the internet isnt such a bad idea. linus made a video on it in the past
Otherwise if you want to buy a keyboard for your little brother. its not a bad choice

normal temps for 100% load honestly. you can undervolt and reapply NT-H1 or MX-4

if you plan on using a bunch of ssds gpus and network cards in your system go with the x for the better use of PCIe lanes. if you only have like one network card one gpu and one ssd. you don't need a x you're fine with the K

if you only plan on gaming and graphic use, go with the K variant.
Don't waste money on features you wont use
 

No, adding ram will not reduce load But it will let you open more things at the same time
 
to reduce load you will either need a better cpu. which will probably require you to change your motherboard and ram if you are aiming for coffee lake cpus
 
if you aim for kaby/sky lake cpus (example i5 5600) you could simply buy a new cpu. Based on what motherboard you are using
 

you will need a new motherboard... if you're on a budget. heres a good 120$ mobo
i'm not sure about ram and if you need new cause you didn't specify your ram
i will recommend a kit of 8x2 HyperX Fury DDR4 memory

i was bored.. and i decided to see what are the limits that my gtx 1050 ti gigabyte oc edition can do..
and the overclock profile is total bullshit cause the thing can stand up to 1640 boost clock instead of the overclocked 1455 mode it comes with..
it may eat my electricity bills but thats not a huge problem
i guess it could be interesting for someone....
