And now after resetting the hard drives to normal my pc won't boot and is "Attempting Repairs"

I just upgraded to Windows 8 and I'm setting up my raid again (2x 320gb HDD's) and my pc gets to the windows loading screen and keeps loading then crashes. I have done raid with these drives before on windows 7 and I'm not sure what's going on

Alright so exactly what I need is a hard drive that can write 200+ mb/s, that's what my old hard drives in raid 0 did but the problem is they vibrate my case and make this annoying hum.

My old HDD in raid on the dxtory benchmark got up to 215mb/s, can it buy 2 1TB WD greens and put them in raid for a faster write or is that stupid?

Hello guys, I am wondering if this Western Digital Green 2TB (http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=22582&cPath=344) would be good for Dxtory recording? I have my operating system on a SSD, my games on a 500GB hard drive and now I just need a fast drive capable of recording at 1080 @ 30fps or 60fps if I need too.
