  1. I'll probably use the magician software to transfer the OS to the SSD C:
  2. That's fine I only need a few GB for CS:GO and Chrome c: Thanks alot. Is there a way to give ur post a "Best solution" thing? Like give you a +1 rating
  3. Would a Samsung 850 EVO be a good replacement in terms of reliability? Thinking about buying it tonight
  4. Yep, just a constant 5.5 mb/s. I checked the task manager and I am only having Chrome open. SATA Cable didn't matter as I also tried that :c
  5. So I have this Seagate 1TB harddrive for about 5 years now. Been using it every day and have been storing all my files on it just fine up until yesterday. It used to run at about 80-100 mb/s. However, it seems as though the drive suddenly decided to crash yesterday and only do 5.5 mb/s at max -.- I have no idea why (Maybe it's just getting old). I've made a full backup over the night (Still going 99%). I am just curious as to why it might have died so suddenly.
  6. That might just be a nice option. The thing is that Intel gpu's aren't very fast. Also are the ram and harddrive replace-able?
  7. I really like Lenovo keyboards, they might just be the best laptop keyboards out there.
  8. While the keyboard and trackpad as well as internals looks pretty decent, it's and 11 inch laptop. Which i honestly find way to small D:
  9. Again I am looking for a capable budget device. The thing is I have never owned a laptop before and also am fairly new to Visual Studio. Things I want to do with the laptop: -Do some extremely light gaming. Things like GBA emulation as well as some light 2D games. -Steam in-home streaming. -Visual studio Also I am NOT interested in used devices, as I have had terrible experiences with them in the past. I am looking for either a 13 or 14 inch screen, 15 inch is okay if the performance is THAT much better or the price is more attractive. After my own research I stumbled across the HP Stream 14. But the only thing holding me back from buying that is the soldered-on 2GB of ram and the 32gb emmc. I would like (if possible) to have both exchangeable ram as an ssd) A nice keyboard and/or screen would be nice. I know I am expecting quite a lot of a 300-350 dollar laptop. But I think there should be a nice compromise laptop out there that features a nice balance between price to performance. Thanks to you guys in advance
  10. I understand your point and decided to validate for 8 hours. Now that those 8 hours have passed it is happily running at 4ghz @1.2 volts. With a verry comfortable load of 64C max
  11. Thanks for the quick response guys. I will do some overclocking tommorow. Also I will leave the Benchmarks in a different post. Thanks again for the great community that's behind this forum
  12. Noise is not really an issue as i will just turn the fan speed down a little bit with speedfan when not gaming.
  13. Really not possible in my current shit case. And budget point. Srsly I don't even know what this case is
  14. I always run my pc 24/7 unless there is a Windows update. That's why I am a little bit crazy about validation. Also a few hours might ensure you 90% stability. But It might crash after said "few hours".
