    If you want best bang for buck while still having good build quality+cooling, Monster Abra A5 V16.1 is a decent choice - low weight but the battery is small (expect ~3 hrs)

    I found the issue its the hdd. I connected an external hdd and installed fortnite on dat. It improved the game.

    Absolutely you can! GTX 1060 is still a great GPU.
    That would just be an older Laptop model, but that's not such a bad Thing.
     
    Just make sure, you have a 4- Core CPU with 8 Threads, aka i5 8th generation. Do NOT buy a Dual Core anymore

    If you already work with Applications, that only work in Windows...
    One reason more, to get a Windows Notebook ^^
