Sup guys I bought a pc with: Cpu: I5-8400 GPU: RTX 2060 Twin Fan PS: 600w EVGA 80 + Ram: 16gb ddr4 dual channel Motherboard: Asus prime Z370-P II HDD: 1 TB WD Sdd: 256 GB Kingston windows 10 home My problem is that every time I'm playing any game without v-sync my computer stars having power limit throttling and its stars dropping the frequency of the CPU I need help I did a benchmark of the CPU with prime 95 and ist stars having problems within 3 minutes in! I tested it out in the evil within 2 to and the average fps is 80 + and when those numbers are up the fps goes down to much and that happens in every game. help me, please! y don't understand any of this!!

a year ago I bought a laptop called omen 15 hp and since that day I have problems with the temperatures because when I'm playing for more than an hour the fps go down from 100 to 12 and less need help please tell me how to solve this. and wen i am playing fallout 4 or gta v the temperatures goes up to 90 c specs: i7-7700hq gtx 1050m 16 gb ram 256 gb ssd 1 tb hdd 15 inch screen windows 10
