This is the new Gaming PC that I am buying for $1700 this Sunday, I would really appreciate some Advice and some Questions answered if possible! The more POVs the better! Please in SIMPLE LANGUAGE no big words

A) Any advice on the rig? is the price fair? Should I switch some parts? Worth getting? or better buying a prebuilt at Bestbuy or somewhere else?B) What do you guys recommend for a gaming monitor for budget maximum $400 CAD? I hear its good for 1440p? Is there a difference between 1440p and 1080p? and I still don't understand what 144hz are, or TN panels, or the difference between Freesync + Gsync. Not to sure.
C) What is the difference between liquid cooler and water cooler? what its purpose?
D) (RANDOM) Are software optimizers such as registry mechanic, Ccleaner, advanced system care, Tune up utilites or Driver booster worth downloading to clear junk from the PC actually make it faster?
E) What questions should I ask him before I make the purchase? either warranty? or?
F) Does buying a Corsair keyboard/mouse matter with gaming? I don't play professionally, just for fun but I do play RPS, FPS, Strategy Games.
G) Can it run VR? or 4K?
H) Razer Gamebooster work? sorry for the amount of questions...Thanks infinity Alejandro
