Never had any overclock tho, removed new drivers and installed a version that was working fine like 2 weeks ago ill give that a shot thanks for the fast reply!

Any overclocks?
I've had similar occurrences and traced it back to unstable overclocks and driver crashes.
I would start by removing any overclocks and using DDU to uninstall your display drivers and trying an older driver version.

sounds a lot like a driver crash, maybe a bad display out. Try another video output.
