  1. Thank you! It's good to know for the future and I'll be sure to keep it in mind for future purchases. What's the best way to check for this by the way?
  2. Sorry, just not the best with all technical terms. Seller's letting me check out the TBW myself before I buy but claims it's only been around 5TB.
  3. TBW? Not sure what that is I'm afraid :v
  4. My motherboard won't have problems with it thankfully from what I've understood so I'm leaning towards getting them. Edit: Yes they're MX 500
  5. I just finished building my new PC about two weeks ago with mostly all of my parts completed minus a decent monitor (save for a later date) but I need to expand my storage. My original plan was to get another crucial 500 gig SSD and a three TB 7200RPM HHD for media storage but I was offered two Crucial m.2 500 gig SSDs for $80. They are lightly used and the owner hasn't used them for long (few months at most). Is this worth buying or should I just get brand new drives instead? Thanks!
  6. The new GPUS are gonna be mondo expensive though at launch and 1080tis are dropping in price compared to where they were at several months ago. They're better performance though at least.
  7. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jxTGbX Hope this is something you'd enjoy. It should be plenty powerful for gaming and anything else you might need I'd hope? If you need more ram or storage, upgrading shouldn't be hard.
  8. So I'm looking into building a new PC (for reference my current PC) during the fall and I've been looking at ryzen for my new system since I'll be mainly gaming and multi-tasking (browsing reddit, posting on Discord, playing games, etc at the same time.) I'd love to get the best bang for my buck but I'm not sure if I should be leaning towards b350 and previous gen ryzen or if I should just save up the small extra cash for ryzen 2 and a b450 mobo? Thanks for the help!
