I just bought this (new to me) evga gtx 1070 8gb sc and I didn’t have the right power supply so I couldn’t use it but I opened it up and saw almost water damage looking print around parts of the gpu but it feels smooth and a bit sticky at the same time. I tested it before purchasing it but I’m wondering if it’s fine or if there’s something wrong with it

Hello I got this SP A55 256gb SSD from outletpc and then when i got it, it was working fine and i installed windows 10 on it and was fine. Then one day I turned my pc on(only 3 days after i installed windows and got the SSD) it didn't load windows and it ran the automatic repair this and did nothing. After that i removed the drive and just left the ssd and another boot drive and the ssd didn't show up on the file explorer, but it did show up on the bios. Can someone help me fix the SSD i never mistreated it. Also its been more that 30 days since i bought it but on the package it says 3 year warranty but I am not sure what to do.
