Well of course it was the same price. Apple said it was, so it is.

A 450W PSU would be okay (albeit very close).  There's no need to go for a 750W one.

    I will consider the 750w
Talking in terms of security, a 2016  middle-high psu quality can still ruin other components becasue of the malfunctioning of the psu? (Corsair 650/750w)

Tier 3 psus are perfectly good. 650w should be plentyful for 1070 overclocking, im usimg rm650i with a 1080ti and it works fine.

Yes. The new version i will be buying the 650 so its impossible to confuse becasue there is no green version with 650w.
Anyway, im open to hear other thoughts

So overall, is the upcoming price changes something I should worry about?

Because I barely found videos and posts talking about it, but a couple videos are claiming an increase of up to 25% in pc hardware prices.

The build I want is around $2,250 USD, so even a 10% increase its a bit much in my currency (MXN), that's over a month worth of savings and it's got me worried.

This is truly a double edged sword really. On one hand if we end up seeing more US, or Europen manufacturing the pricing will go up there is no question of this. With that said so will the quality control which means much higher quality parts. Its also important to remember hardware for PCs, or any hardware for electronics honestly goes up, or down with a number of factors. Not just where the parts come from. It is factored by price of materials for the PCBs as well other material for components. It can even be effected by the precious metal industry. For example when gold, or silver prices increase so dose hardware that contains these minerals. So in other words I don't really think we need to worry to much about the pricing the long run as building your own system is more pricey these days then buying it prebuilt.

Thats quite the rig already if I say so. If I were in your shoes I would personally go the Intel route. The LGA1151: i7-8700K is a great cpu for the money from everything I've read. I traditionally am a Intel guy myself. Though if I am truly honest I'll say look up some bench marks for both. Then base your choice on your primary activity. AMD are both also battling for the top, but Intel has had a lot more experiencce, and history in the space thats why I tend to go with them even though they tend to be slightly pricier.

    I hope this was helpful.
