  • Biography
I am a nerd just saying. I love building computers, and doing computer projects for others. I am very into php, and mysql those are my favorite programing languages, but java, and others can be fun to. Favorite games are jrpgs, but I love minecraft as well as gears of war along with many other game series. Love watching lets plays as well as other editorial content. I also love fantasy, and Si-fi too. The answer to the big question star trek vs star wars is both in my book. ^^ Anything else you want to know feel free to message me.

  1. My oh my it feels like forever since I have been on here. Been mostly chilling on a anime forum, but felt its time to mix things up again with some tech.

don't worry. we can discuss anime too

  2. We will need your momo choice to decide the case most common form factors are MicroATX, ATX, I would not go smaller then that with the video card you've chose. Though again with the video card in mind you'll likely be going for ATX in which I would suggest these 2 cases. I would say either of these are great ones. Good air flow great for both air, and water cooling. https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Obsidian-750D-Full-Tower-Case/dp/B00YJJBFIO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1535182787&sr=8-1&keywords=corsair+obsidian+750d https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-GRAPHITE-Full-Tower-Window-Hinged/dp/B00P7TPYDM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1535182787&sr=8-2&keywords=corsair+obsidian+750d
  3. Your download speeds are factered by a number of things most notably your isp, and the plan you pay for. Though your NIC in your computer can influence this too sometimes. Most mobos ship out of the box with gigabit networking so that is more then enough to handle any internet connection your sending to it. At least in the case of Res class internet. One other thing you can do on your end is keep traffic on your local network to a min. This means more bandwidth will be available for steam.
  4. Really there is not to much you can do here sadly. If the IME is flagged then any carrier even one like StreightTalk, or BoostMobile will be able to see this, and reject you. Another thing really to watch out for is who your buying phones from especially on cregslist and ebay. A good portion of them are stollen, or unpaid. It is always best practice to meet the seller at your preferred carrier of choice. They can run the IME to see what its status is. They do that for prospecting customers all the time. If the person your buying the phone from is not willing to meet at say a Sprint Store then they are likely selling stolen merchandise. As far as unlocking your phone goes there are companies that will do it for you, but that can often be a bit shady as well. The other way is to see if you can use a app that often can be downloaded, or used once the term agreement has been satisfied. Though in your case the phone is bad already. As sad as it is I would suggest buying a new one, and if your going the third party seller route best to meet at the store to verify.
  5. I hear ya on the spending $500 on a monitor as that is kinda rich for my blood as well, but it may prove worth it since you have the 1070ti. My logic here is you spent so much already why not go with what you know you'll like. Long as it dose not break the bank completely.
  6. I see I just wanted to lay out more then one avenue. I personally think the exstreme series just has a bit more flexibility is all.
  7. I agree with people in this topic saying that you are best to hold out till Intel's 9th gen series. As far as what you'll be buying. It is all going to depend on what you use your pc for the majority of the time. For me for example I do gaming, video, and graphics/web design. So I typiclly opt for the spend big, and save on the back end idea. In your case you talked about games right away. If upgrading is something you have your heart set on I suggest going with msi for your mobo. For your cpu go with intel's Exstreme series which is their enthusiast platform. I have been running a Intel Core i7 7800X the X signifies the extreme series. I love it. It handles everything I through at it. In terms of features like usb type-c, or other newer things just wanna be sure to check your mobo features when picking one out. msi often has a lot of features for the money, but asus is good too. You may find also that you need, or will want to upgrade your RAM as your cpu may ask for something else then what you have currently. Hope this helped.
  8. No problem. How are you doing today. I like your username whats it from.

  9. Oh darn sorry if I misspelled anything. I am working with a slightly new monitor spot which I am not fully used to so miss things till I am used to it. Anyway yah most pizza places like pizza hutt have cookies, and brownies that are normally good.
  10. You could always go for a large pepperoni pizza with a desert side that normally climbs the cost up to about $50 from most pizza places.
  11. I have to tell you converting files is never easy even more so with audio, and video. The reason for this is many software manufacturers want you only to use their software. While they do give you options most of them time to save out to a universal format often the proprietary format will work better in the software in question. This is most often the case in the audio, and video industry with jutebox software such as apple iTunes. It has improved over time though. I just wanted to give a little background before I suggest a program. In your case I would suggest a program called AnyVideoConverter This will help you convert just about any video, and audio needs even turning video into mp3. It dose cost for the license, but it is not to pricey..
  12. Well a peny saved is a penny earned in my opinion.
  13. I would say yes now is time to reinstall windows fresh. That should help you get back on track. One thing you might wanna do in the future though if this happens again, and you have a lot of files you need backed up is to get a linux live flash drive and access your files that way to be backed up to another device, or hard drive. Though for now just install windows if even safe mode is nulled.
