But would ... lets say a HD600 series integrated GPU from Intel be powerful enough for such a task?
-
Hi, because of a new job I'm selling my old Desktop PC and buying a laptop, now I have two monitors that I don't want to sell and would love to use them further on. One is a 24" full hd and the other is 34" UW 1440p. My question is what laptop GPU will be powerful enough to power the 1440p one for movies and youtube. Is there a possibility that I run both of them as External monitors at the same time? What should I look for. Also I'm on strict budget, max 600 euros (all EU countries). Thank you for your help

Sadly no, my company requires the device to be new. I know refurbished or used can be just as good, but I don't have that option.

Hi, I'm in the market for a new laptop (Slovenia, Europe). My budget is 600-750Euros. I am looking for something that will be good enough for work and home use (Web browsing, Excel, Light photoediting on an external monitor). Good battery life is a must and a touch screen would be a good edition. I was looking into: - Lenovo ideapad 330 (i5-8250U/8gb/SSD/620HD) 600€ - HP Pavilion x360 14 (i5-8250U/8gb/SSD+HDD/620HD) 600€ - Lenovo Yoga 530 (i5-8250U/8gb/SSD/620HD) 720€ - Asus Vivobook S15 530 (i5-8265U/8gb/SSD/620HD) 690€ - Acer Aspire A515 51G (i5-8250U/8gb/SSD/MX150) 680€ I had an HP envy with the ryzen 5 2500U, but had huge problems with the Vega drivers, so I wouldn't like to go back there. Thanks for your help

Hi, I'm in a market for a new monitor, beacuse of the college work that I have in the moment and ultrawide would be better for me, so 34" was what I was looking at. Yesterday I found this Samsung S34J550 UW 1440p for a decend price of 420 euros, does anyone know anything about it? There are no reviews to go by. Thenk you all in advance.

I sit approximately 2.5 feet away from mine so yeah, I will try to see one in person first ... do you know of any good hight adjusting stands, that I could accompany with it? It has VESA 100x100

So a 34" FHD (as in case of 34um69-G) with 81ppi, will have a much worse picture than a 24" FHD with 91ppi? Sorry but I really don't know much about displays.
-
I have the same dilemma right now, the 29" has about 81ppi, that is way to low for some people. Currently my 24" monitor has 91ppi so I don't think that would be too much of a difference.

I read somewhere that the 29um69g can be overclocked to 100hz, otherwise it is a out of the box 75hz Freesync monitor. That should be enough, don't you think so?

Hi! I'm in a market for a ultrawide monitor, my budget is 300€. Currently I'm using an AOC G2460PF as my main Monitor. The new display would mostly be used for school work and gaming. I was already looking into LG 29um59, it is 165€ over here, but I would like to here your opinion about it, is the 29um69g really that much better? Thank you all!

Hi, I've narrowed down my search to these two: - Aerocool Quartz Red Midi-Tower - Phanteks Eclipse P300 Which one would you recommend? Thanks in advance

I checked the manufacturer's website and it states that the case is 492mm long, I need it to be shorter than 490mm even better shorter than 480mm. Still thank you for the suggestion ?

Hi! So I just moved and got a new work desk and now my PC (which is currently in a CM Master Box 5) won't allow me to fit two monitors on the desk, when I try to move it elsewhere I encounter a problem, it doesnt fit, the case is just a bit too long. So I am looking for a replacement. I am lookig for a case that is smaller than 250mmx490mm (height is not a problem), supports ATX PSU and ATX MoBo. It also has to have good air flow since I have a Vega 64 inside (310mm long). It should be cheaper than 70€/90$. Thank you all for your help

Hey! So I finally decided to buy a second monitor to help me with my work, but now I'm in a huge dilemma which one to buy. It needs to have a diagonal of at least 24" and it has to be on a stand that enables Pivot. I will be pairing this monitor with my AOC g2460, so it doesn't have to be fancy, it just has to work good. My budget is around 160€. When I was making my shortlist these two seemed as good options DELL P2419H or AOC G2590Vxq. What do you guys think? Btw thank you for your help

Tried that but doesn't help

Hi guys! So I've been having this weird problem with my Charge 3, when it is connected to my PC via AUX, it randomly stops playing audio but then starts again after a short while. This only happens when I'm watching movies (mostly quiet parts), when I listen to music on youtube or Google Play music, everything works as it should. Really don't know what to do here. Thank you all in advance!

Ever since I bought my AOC 144hz 1080p display I simply don't enjoy playing fps games on my older gaming laptop that has a 60hz screen. I think if you go for a 1080p monitor you won't be disappointed, plus your 1060 should have more than enough juice to handle it.

Buying a new monitor is sadly out of the question, the cheapest gsync monitor I can get costs 380€, that is just too much :/.

Hi! I'm buying a new gpu at the moment, I've sold my Zotac 1060 6gb AMP!, because I want to upgrade it to something better and now I face a huge dilemma. My system consists of: - stock ryzen 5 1600 - 16gb ram - evga gold+ 650w psu - 144hz 1080p Freesync monitor I am deciding between: - Gigabyte windforce GTX 1080 for 396€ - Sapphire Nitro+ RX Vega 64 for 404€ (including 3 games: Assassin's creed Odyssey, Strange brigade and Star Control Origins) - Asus Strix RX Vega 56 for 355€ (including 7 games: Assassin's creed Odyssey, Strange brigade and Star Control Origins, Railway empire, Dungeons, Sudden Strike, Tropico 5) Thank you for your help!

But ... but ... what about Luke ?? -
I still have faith in RTG that they will make a few decent graphic cards in the future. It is very important for a budget gamer, that Nvidia has competition, at least in the low to mid range segment, otherwise we'll be paying 200$ for an equivalent of a GT 1030 in no time.

I'm a regular viewer of the WAN show, so I decided to join the forum ... finally. Next thing I know, I see an article in my Google Chrome news feed. So I guess ... lucky?

The article on the WCCftech website claims to have leaked 3D Mark Score from a brand new GTX 2060. The results show a score that matches the one of a current GTX 1080 which is a huge upgrade over the current generation GTX 1060, that it is going to replace. My thoughts: We waited for the new Turing architecture for a long time now. If the leaks are to be believed, than the wait was worth it, and my rig will soon be running a new 2060.
