1- As said by other comment get 2x4 (or go with 1x8 if you think you can upgrade to 16). 2- If you isn't going to be without anything while waiting the pc buy a ryzen 2600 3- The reason to get 2x4 instead of 1x8 is because of the APU, it will make the performance way better if you have 2 ram sticks 4- The reason to get a 2600 instead of a 2400g is the botleneck, it will be real hard on a 1050ti, depending of the game it is comparable with the 7th gen Pentium a 2 core 4 threaded cpu.

Tested the ram already? Try switching it looks like it is consuming too much and the pc doesn't have or can't use the necessary amount due to hardware problems

rivals is online

The best need for speed to play online is rivals and most wanted (don't know if it is still on the most wanted). NFS rivals is fair, have great cars and isn't frustrating like you lost because you hit someone or something (it will happen but lower chances), and NFS mostwanted is pretty cool 2 and different from other games it turn off the traffic in multiplayer mode, and also have good cars and fair game. Need for speed payback online is trash, unfair game balance, unfair circuits and stupid rules, the worst multiplayer ever.

As you don't have a gpu to help i would say 84 to 90 yo record a 60 and lower 30, but you will need to test, the base i am giving is based on a laptop i owned that had about 40% loss when recording as it was really weak and it is way older than ryzen 3 1200

if 3d modeling doesn't really matter you can go with the 2400g it could be better but it is enough if you are just practing.

Yes you will need a gpu if you buy a 2600, but if you get a 2400g you will have a bottleneck ,so you will need to get a new cpu too. And usually it is easier to get rid of a budget gpu than a 2400g.

I would recommed a i7 or if you want to go budget a ryzen 5 2600. Because it can be a problem to a r5 2400g to randle the 3d modeling, it will be pretty good for drawing, but if you are going to use photoshop for photo editing 2400g can be a problem too.

I am sorry okay. He is planning to buy a 5400 rpm hdd for gamming i am acting to inform him that it isn't a good idea and if he think it is a good idea it might be because he saw the wrong information or was lured. That is it, i am not trying to look smart or anything i am just trying to help.

if he search on youtube pc or console load times he might don't know the difference and get frustrated (or happy) ,in theory should be the same speed but it isn't

Also you are on pc ,it takes longer to games to load (i tested my ps4 vs my backup hdd before you reply, i own a pc with an 5400 rpm hdd and a ps4, that runs with a 5400rpm hdd and tested myself)

Backup yes, but gaming no. It doesn't matter the brand or space 5400 rpm hdds will be kinda slow compared to 7200.

You need power or a good camera? The A9 camera looks better (spec ,from all things they say the hardest to believ is image quality as it is hard to know the quality of a screen looking from other screen) and S9 and S9+ are stronger to run apps, you need to see what do you preffer

Is the video resolution different from the monitor resolution? Maybe it is adjusting the screen as it is changes the resolution

1 is the cooler clean? 2 it is thermal throttling? because sometimes the temperature sensor can just be with some error, so it shows a wrong temperature

It's the first time you turned on the pc or you did it more times? Sometimes the boot screen is used to check whats inside your machine not just boot

It will be a problem, i am running a 240gb SSD and i am alredy at 50 gb of free space, the limit i wanted. Why? Because it is good to keep a little bit of free space (it can be smaller on ssd but still a good thing). Also it will apply for new instalations? like i would need a 64gb boot drive?

The safest way is to go to a data recovery center, or you can use linux and hopefully mount the missing part

I am a student of IT ,and i learned that some (not all)problems are actually made by the company. Is your country using ipv4? If the answer is yes the problem can be lack of ip on your region and this makes the company do some tricks to try to make everyone happy or just be greedy

Save for PC, the games are better as you will be able to run in at least 1080p with constant 60 fps on high settings, (the higher the resolution the better also some people complain about the fps and quality after seeing the power of a pc, VR isn't something you want to play in something weak, and by experience it is weird play in low resolution and i don't own i went to a friend house). You have more and cheapper games, like VRchat and beat saber, sony usually censor games so probably this will be an issue on ps4. even i liking sony and myself being an owner of a PS4, i don't believe it's worthy buying psvr even if it will be compatible with ps5
