anyone know why my brand-new bamboo labs x1c will not turn on when I flip the rear power switch fans start for a second and then stary off pressing the power button does nothing. I have reseated the connectors on the topmost bord to no avail.

it does move up and down

windows will not send out audio i have tried usb optical audio jack also all tests we tested with a Keysight oscilloscopes also have done all basic trubble shooting steps

It is proprietary hardware it is for a competition
