i saw that my cpu only gets to 39.5 ghz cause of the stock cooler yes if i quit stream i get arround 20 or 30 fps more

it is my boot drive y have another drive for storing games i have fortnite in the ssd

yes i stream in twitch using obs i will look into that xmp to see if it makes a diference

yes cpu is in the most demanded moment 40 to 50 percent at 50 to 60 degres and gpu same but with 60 degres just on gpu demanding games goes to 100 at 60 degres

I do not know what happens to my computer in fortnite, the fps lower me up to 50 or lower in endgame with only 15 people and in creative it goes up to a maximum of 130 I do not know what it could be besides if I upload the graphics to epic the performance is almost equal to that played in low graphics also try with bo3 and it is the same 200 fps in low and 130 in ultra in no man's sky if there was a difference of 90 in epics to 140 in low but it is not the difference you expect for this graph and processor would expect at least get the 144 stable in fortnite which is why I mainly put it together i have a single slot of 8gb ram

what do you mezn by transfer the warranty -
i bought a used rtx 2070 3 week ago and i realize now that the warranty sticker where cutted before what do i do i really whant this card do i have to return it could it fail soon?

the flicker is on the entire screen but there's also to lines tha appear on the left upper corner but again they and the flicker disappear when i put the game on windowed mode it also happens some times on the desktop

I have a rtx 2070 evga black and a yeyian 144hz 23.6in monitor and the monitor starts flickering i don't know if it's the gpu or the monitor because when i use it i notice that it starts to flicker the thing is that if i put the game on windowed mode the flicker stops so i don't know if i have a bad graphics card or a bad driver i tried to uninstall it whit ddu and the problem remains in the video the only thing that can be recorded is those lines the flicker won't appear in the video but it's there 20191125_155806.mp4
