    That one is voltage related but, I'm not exactly sure what it means, it's usually around 99% no matter what you do so, don't worry about it.

    It shows the ED Current,as long as it's below the limit it's fine.

    Ok, i just found an i5 4690 pretty cheap here (around 100 dollars, converting, at least to my country it is cheap) i think i'm going with the 580, this cpu and the corsair PSU.

    if you plan to stay on mid range hardware such as RX 570 you could even lock for a i5-4590, i5-4670 or i5-4690
    This at least is a quad core and will perform a lot better than a core i3...it should also be a cheap upgrade.

    Ok,  Do you have a spare HDD or SSD?  Unplug your main HDD/SSD and put a fresh install of windows on the spare.  See if that solves the dips.  Could be that something has got a bit screwy with your windows install/Drivers.  If you don't get dips on the fresh install then your problem is software and not hardware.  Come back with your results and we'll look further into it

    If the Corsair keyboard is better quality, get that one. If the Sharkoon is decent quality (I've never felt one), then I'd get that one. Mechanical switches just feel a little nicer.
    Really, though, it comes entirely down to personal preference. You might like membrane keyboards more. You might hate Red, or Kaihl switches. It's something you really have to try out for yourself, and figure out if you like it or if you don't. It's not something you can find out online.
     
    Generally, mechanical keyboards will last longer.
    I haven't found they're any more sensitive.

    I wish that I had a mechanical keyboard as I'm tired of using my crappy laptop one. I always miss keystrokes and sometimes in games I will press it down and it won't register. Other than the sensitivity and the clickiness I don't see the advantage
     
    Also, I'm following because that was literally my favorite show as a kid
