Depends on your place How much do they charge to ship to your place? How much are import fees in your country? How good is the shipping company offered ? Then you compare the total price with your local price and dont forget that you may need to pay extra fees for shipping back to seller for your warranty if you need when you are buying abroad.

You can just buy a b450 board it will work out of the box There is one micro atx from asrock that is about 60 usd in newegg I used it in my brother build it is all good.

Hello I bought a used prebuilt from gigabyte . It has a 500gb hdd . I just bought a 128 gb ssd to os, browser and programs storage or maybe I can add a small size frequently played game on it. On the other hand , am thinking of using it as a cache for my hdd . What do you think?

What !! Who would buy it with such a small price difference between it and the I7. Well except collectors . I find quadro p2000 that is more expensive than gtx 1060 6gb here before lol -

Sorry man , I consider any part I cant find on local shops retro ? -
You don't need the paste the AIO comes with decant paste pre applied. And for a high-end build like this I would buy a psu from corsair , rosewill or other brand with good reviews because I heard many negative reviews of evga psus
