  1. Basically, I'm just looking for a motherboard that is compatible with the 5600X. I'm not looking for features like RGB, Wi-Fi connectivity and so on. My budget for the motherboard is around 140-150$ or less.
  2. Hey LTT community. After the reveal of Zen 3 i've been wanting to upgrade my CPU to get some better performance. I'm using my PC for gaming and at the moment im having problems doing multiple things while gaming. I play mostly CS:GO and Call of Duty: Warzone. My CPU goes to 100% when i play Warzone and all other background programs like Discord stop working on and off because of the CPU load. Im averaging around 70 FPS on lowest settings in warzone (I often get long freezes of around 1-2 seconds on my PC when playing warzone) and my CS:GO FPS goes down drastically when more enemies appear on the screen. I'm running a 144 hz monitor, possibly looking to upgrade to 240hz in the future for CS:GO. Current setup: Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb Intel i5 7400 2x8gb DDR4 2133 mhz HyperX RAM My question is: What budget motherboard options would you suggest for me? I'm looking to buy the Ryzen 5 5600x. I'm also looking to upgrade my RAM sticks to HyperX Fury 2x8gb DDR4 3600MHZ And will this give a good boost in performance on my pc both FPS wise, but also background task wise? Thank you in advance
  3. Alright I'll try. This is the resouce monitor i used while using discord aswell. COD seems to be the issue here
  4. It seems like my CPU is capped out. This is without using discord/facebook voicechat at the same time
  5. I've tried disabling my antivirus aswell without any result. My computer also has a hard time alt-tabbing when play this game regardless of it being fullscreen or windowed fullscreen. Can it be that the computer uses too many resources on the game?
  6. In game overlay is disabled and the problem still persists
  7. Hi LTT community. I have a problem that occurs when I play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019. The problem is that whenever i go into a game, my discord/facebook voicechat gets delayed a whole lot. When i say something my friends hear it 10 seconds later, and sometimes they can't even hear what I'm saying. As soon as i get back into the menu of the game, I can hear them loud and clear like normal. Does anyone know what the cause of this is? :)
  8. My FPS is varies from 110-220 FPS depending of how many enemies are in sight.
  9. Hello LTT community. I have recently been fooling around with riva tuner statistics to see what my hardware does when I'm gaming. I mostly play CS:GO and here i discovered that not all of my CPU usage is centered towards this game. Is there a way to force my CPU into either using a higher percentage on all cores or to force the game to have 100% usage on any of my cores? I currently have a gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb of ddr4 ram and an intel i5 7400 CPU. My goal is to have a steady +144 FPS to go with my 144 hz monitor. I attached two pictures of my usage when ingame.
  10. Im using a 144hz monitor but without gsync
  11. Hello forum I recently got a new graphics card and a new motherboard. There were some good offers so i bought an ASUS GTX 1060 6gb and a MSI mortar b250m. My old graphics card was a GTX 960 4gb and i expected to get a good FPS increase. However, my FPS didnt change as drastically as i expected. My CPU is an i5 7400 and I could consider upgrading it to an i7 7700k. When I lower the resolution in games i only get a slight increase in FPS. I play games like LoL, overwatch and CSGO. Would a CPU upgrade help me out? :-)
