This is my CPU temps while playing Black Ops 4 the drops in CPU usage are when my frames drop.

Still the same , game is randomly dropping to 20 FPS.

Yeah when I first play a game I usually google for a graphics guide showing what is the most intensive settings Would it be worth opening it up and seeing if there is any dust it's about a year and a half old?

I also put my laptop on a few books so the intake fans can get air

When Gaming my GPU is around 80c and my CPU is around 85c sometimes hitting 90c

In all games (apart from Garry's Mod for some reason) I get random frame drops to about 20 FPS and my GPU usage and CPU usage drops as well seen on this graph this is from a game of Rainbow Six Seige.
