  1. After some more research I think I'll do that. Thanks. I haven't overclocked before, but I know it requires more voltage, so I wanted to be sure I could do that if necessary. Furthermore, by not pushing the PSU to the max I was hoping for more reliability (Not sure if this is backed by any tests or actual research). Looked into the VRM, I'll be going for the Prime A as suggested by @Konrad_K @Sakkura I see your location is set to Denmark as mine. What retailer do you recommend ? I have been looking at amazon.de as an alternative to Proshop and it seems I can get some of my parts cheaper there.
  2. Hey, I'm building a new PC (My 3rd all by myself), and looking to spent around 20000 DKK / 2600€ for an new PC and Monitor. I primarily use the PC for Gaming, PUBG, Kingdom Come, No Man's Sky, Total War, Stellaris. I also use it for watching Netflix, browsing and so forth. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/F4z7GG - Note this is with the I7-8700 Links below are to the danish retailer I'm planning on using: Monitor AGON AG271QG - 27" QHD 165 Hz (OC) IPS 4 ms NVIDIA G-SYNC - https://www.proshop.dk/2560747 GPU EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC Black - https://www.proshop.dk/2586627 CPU Intel Core i7-8086K Limited Edition Coffee Lake CPU - 4 GHz - https://www.proshop.dk/2659556 CPU Cooling Noctua NH-D14 - https://www.proshop.dk/2199543 Motherboard ASUS PRIME Z370-P - https://www.proshop.dk/2614181 RAM G.Skill TridentZ DDR4-3600 C16 DC BW - https://www.proshop.dk/2591026 Case Fractal Design Define R6 - https://www.proshop.dk/2628870 PSU Seasonic Focus Plus 750 Platinum - https://www.proshop.dk/2614546 Storage Might be adding an M.2 Samsung 970 EVO SSD M.2 2280 - 250GB - https://www.proshop.dk/2655436 Reuse from current pc - SSD for installs, HDD for rest Samsung 860 EVO 2.5" SSD - 250GB Barracuda 7200.14 ST3000DM001 Harddisk - 3 TB My main concern is the motherboard. It is cheap compared to what I have seen recommended but I cannot see what I would gain from getting a more expensive one. I am also considering the following: 1080 TI (790€) VS 1070 TI (481€) i7-8086K (428€) VS i7-8700K (368€) Monitor with or without G-Sync (Can easily save 100-150€ without G-Sync) with the 1080 TI (G-sync is most worth with low FPS?) What do you guys think?
