  1. The ones I saw goes for atleast 400 or above. What you think is the best from my list?
  2. You've probably heard this a million times. After a bunch of research, I'm still stuck on what GPU to get for editing. I'll make this thread organized as possible for the ease of clarification. Intention I barely play games so this is mainly for photography and I'm planning to move forward with videography soon. I'm not sure what GPU to get for editing 4K videos and photo editing. I'm happy to buy a used GPU and I have a budget of 200 although I want to save much money as possible and invest it into storage. I'll get a 4K monitor that is 27 to 32 inches as soon I get in video production (maybe gonna get another monitor or a TV for editing and other purposes ). Some say a 1650 or 1660 will do the job others say they'll never. Here are some GPUs that I thought would work: AMD Radeon RX 570. AMD Radeon RX 580 Nvidia GTX 1650. Nvidia GTX 1660. Nvidia GTX 1070. I saw these cards to be around $200 or below. Softwares I use Photoshop Lightroom Capture One Illustrator Softwares I'm planning to use for video Premier Pro After Effects My rig (as of now) CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x. Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B450-F. Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16gb 3200mhz. Storage: WD 1 TB HDD. GPU: GTX 960 4gb SSC ACX 2.0+. Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650 W 80+ Gold. Thanks in advance for your help!
  3. Can you suggest me some DOCP settings for this specific ram? Only the voltage? Ps. I never tried overclocking
  4. I never tried overclocking in general, is there any video or forums talking about this specific topic?
  5. Hi, I put together a PC for editing 2 days ago and it boot loops when ram profile is set to DOCP. Specs : -Amd Ryzen 2700x -Asus Rog Strix B450-F Gaming -Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 CL16 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit CMW16GX4M2E3200C16 I bought these to replace my old rig (fx 9590), same hdd,gpu and psu (evga 750 gold certified). The Corsair ram says XMP certified but not Ryzen compatable. I turned on DOCP and left everything auto, the pc boot loops after the settings is saved. After few boot faliures it automatically resets to the original settings. I hope someone got a solution and I'm ready to swap the ram to something else if nothing works. I tried updating the bios but it didn't worked for me.
  6. I'm planning to build a pc for photo editing and video editing. I'm not going to overclock the pc or use SLI but I want the best performance out of the system at stock settings. I'm going with the 2700x since its best CPU money can buy as of right now. I'm confused about whether I should go with B450 or x370 or x470. Does it make a change in performance at stock settings? Also, I would like to get 16gb Ram at 3000mhz (RGB preferred), is that enough/how much ram speed does 2700x utilize?
  7. What are some great power supply for it?
  8. The pictures are more than 20mb so here is a drive link to the pictures: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ka-tY5g90msSTYibD5CtH4qv-P2GRqN2
  9. UPDATE: I ran Memtest, no errors at all. I moved to CPU stress test with Prime 95. I started it (Small FFT), within 10 secs the screen went "No signal" but the CPU still runs (Fan in the case and of the heat spreader). Is it because of the Graphics card? I use EVGA GTX960 SSC used. Which the seller told me he had overclocked just a little. Is it because the way I connect the GPU to the PSU? I connected GPU to the PSU via the PCI-E rather than the VGA connector. Also, I couldn't manually turn it off. New Update: I tried running prime 95 again (Small FFT) then it hard locked in less than a min.
  10. The Motherboard can handle up to DDR3-2000 ram and it is one of the few motherboards that support the FX9590. I'll try all those tests asap.
