When ever I open task manager or tab in and out of games my pc makes this beep noise (in video) and majority of the time I can't count how many beeps there are due to the sheer lag of my pc when this happens. My PC essentially freezes up when the beeping starts and it takes a couple of seconds for it to finish. This software didnt work but I found my issue. I looked deeper into task scheduler and found an instance of some firefox thing that would popup every 10 minutes

ran 3 anti viruses to check my system and nothing was found

Every 10 minutes there's seems to be a random CMD window that opens and closes really quickly that will tab me out of games that are being played in fullscreen. I learnt that it pops up every 10 minutes and I tried to record the CMD to see what it says but it was too quick that even looking at it frame by frame I couldn't see any words pop up. I tried everything and one common method was to disable an office setting in task scheduler but that doesn't work for me because I don't have the office folder in my Task Scheduler
