All the new Steam interface updates are nice and all, but there are certain things which I miss and hate. I miss the older interface without useless animation and I hate how they now broke the ability to add custom Steam skins. Valve should really consider making it possible again to use the old Steam interface and use custom Steam skins.

Can you please provide the RAM model you have, from which company, how much Mhz they have etc. Also what frequency and voltage did you set your RAM when manually overclocking?

I would assume its a counterfeit label. There is a video also explaining how to identify a fake Playstation 3 controller. In this video there was a comment, that made me curious. Have you tried to connect your newly bought Playstation 3 controller with a Playstation 3 and see if everything works like it should be?

Try before resetting your PC, to uninstall your current Anti-virus program.

You should always update your drivers to the current version.

Did you checked all your drivers, so they are all updated to the current version?

Did you tried to uninstall it with the Windows 10 settings, if you use Windows 10.

I used a Razer Deathadder 2013 for many years. It was one of my favorite mouse out there. But the newer mouses from Razer are in my opinion not so great. The current one i really like are from Steelseries and Logitech.

Turn off the hardware acceleration in your Browser.

I'm not sure but it could maybe be your trackpad not properly working.

Well my first thought would be, that your keyboard might be dirty or broken. Also, i think its better to post it here -> Troubleshooting.
