What is the best 2060 super?

The 5700 caught my attention but I have heard a lot about bad thermals and poor driver support because of it being rushed and I don't want to waste my money.

Which of the 2060 supers is best considering, price, lifespan, and thermals.

    CPU Pairing for 1660

Would that be enough for a 2060 super?
  4. What would you recommend for a cheap pairing that still has headroom for upgrades?

    My first build

For preface I’m less than 16 and entering high school following the end of this summer so take this into consideration. For a long time I have been considering building my own PC, but something is bothering me. I have never built a pc and no one in my family has built a pc recently as they are all either MAC users or into laptops. So, my dilemma is I am not sure if I could single handedly build a PC. I figured, considering this forum has been helpful in the past, perhaps, you can help me to come to a conclusion on if I should go on ahead with a build or look for a tutor. Thanks in advance! P.S: I will also appreciate any pricing advice or general building tips.
  6. I am trying to find a way to run star wars battlefront 2 classic in two windows in a lan party or something to essentially create split screen functionality. I found a tutorial for another game to accomplish something similar but it requires pirating a program and I am simply not comfortable with that. I will link to the guide anyway for reference. Would anyone have a method to do this? My PC is really bad, but I figure since a game from 2005 is not particularly demanding running two instances of a program is not so crazy. Thanks for the help in advance. FYI: I am running windows 10 with a 6400t cpu and a gt 730

Looking for advice for this build.

Cool thanks. I will take your advice to heart. Really, the only change I see myself making is swapping the motherboard for something with integrated wifi, but that's about it.

Looking for advice for this build.

One question. I have been reading about the new Valve Index and supposedly I think the recommended spec is the gtx 1070. How would a 1660 preform?

As cheap as I can get it honestly. Without cutting corners.
  11. Hello. I wanted a second opinion on this build. What do you guys think? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FW85VFT/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D998212/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H1BLHYS/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=A1UW6IXAOZ4RI&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C3SQP9V/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=A2R0FX412W1BDT&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H33SFJU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KNMBBBX/ref=ox_sc_act_title_6?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 For context I am looking to do VR with either the index or rift s and I have heard the index will have raised recommended specs compared to the last gen rift. How can I expect this to preform?

    WIN10 start menu broken

This does not seem to be a keyboard problem btw as this post is being made on this very computer while McAfee is scanning and a indexing is underway.

    WIN10 start menu broken

Whenever I try and search in the WIN10 start menu it either lets me type then proceeds to crash if I exit out or flashes black and then does nothing at all. For clarification, it does not crash the OS only the start menu and not the tiles I believe just the scroll through menu and search functionality. Furthermore, task manager says something like SearchUI.exe is not running or not responding. I have gone through some troubleshooting to no avail. I'm looking for some advice and would like to know if you guys think this is malicious as it seems to work right at startup or if this is some sort of boot error/corrupt OS. Advice is much appreciated.
