  1. Ok so I've now managed to get it working. Basically i think i accidentally either turned of the computer when the bios was updating or i managed to get the wrong files on the USB drive. So basically i did a CMOS/Bios reset, did it by shorting the two pins that are slightly below the built in battery for around 10 seconds. (Full step by step description can be found on the same page as the Bios files). So after that I went about the flashback procedure as written above and then it showed VGA error on the built in troubleshoot LED:s. So i turned of the system again, plugged my GPU in and did the flashback again and this time it booted up to the Bios menu
  2. results: i plugged the USB into the flashback port, pressed the button and let it do it's thing. after 4-5 minutes it powered of for a few seconds and then on again, and then the flashback light turned off. So powered it down and put all parts in again and when i turned on the PSU and hit the power swith on the case, nothing happend.
  3. Ok so ive done all the steps above, in my last attempts but this time, ive done it with the latest non-beta bios, and insted of having both cpu power cables, i only have CPU_PWR1. Im currently trying your method. ill reply soon with the results. thank you
  4. So i have a brand new X570-A pro from msi and ive paired it up with a 5000 series AMD processor. I already have the cpu installed and all other components, but when i press the flashback button with my USB-drive in the flashback port it dosen't work. I don't have access to a 3000 series processor either so im stuck here right now. Any tips or help is grately appreciated.
