    PC Random Shutdowns

My PC randomly shuts down as if the power was pulled. Doesn't happen while i'm gaming, usually happens when i'm asleep and i wake up to the Windows 10 lock-screen. These shutdowns are very random could happen 3 times in one day or it could happen once after 3 days. These are things i've tried: -Replaced surge protector -Replaced power cord and checked all cables -Used different outlet -Replaced power supply -Ran MemTest (everything passed 100%) -Monitored temps to see if anything was overheating (temps are normal, even while gaming, doesn't go past 80C) -Restored and updated to the latest version of Windows 10 -Checked power save settings, but my PC is set to stay awake 24/7 and these are hard shutdowns so it wouldn't be that anyways -Updated Bios to latest version PC SPECS: Motherboard - Asus Maximus Formula IX CPU - 7700k @4.5GHz with Corsair H110 RAM - 2x8GB 3200MHz GSkill Ripjaws V GPU - Asus Strix 1080ti OC Edition PSU - EVGA SuperNova G2 750w I'm really at a loss. Maybe it's the motherboard, i also heard someone having an issue with their PC case, the wiring to the power button was faulty. You guys have any ideas?

    PC Shutting Down Randomly

Haven't installed the new 1803 update, mostly cause i use a dark theme that doesn't work with it yet, so i will update, run memtest and go from there thanks for your advice. Dreading having to RMA my motherboard hope it's not the problem.

    PC Shutting Down Randomly

I only have one GPU the 1080ti Strix, but i could try just one stick of RAM. Also these shut downs can happen repeatively and then the total opposite where more than 24 hours pass before another shut down occurs, it's really weird.

    PC Shutting Down Randomly

When i rma'd my psu, i unplugged everything and re-plugged in everything when my friend lended me his psu during my rma process. So i am pretty sure there are no loose cables and yes they're plugged into the right spots lol.

    PC Shutting Down Randomly

My PC has been randomly shutting down, but not normally, it turns off as if someone had pulled the plug then turns back on. I've tested different outlets, replaced my surge protector, rma'd my power supply even used my friends and it still happens. I've also monitored temps, but these shut downs usually occur when the system is idle so i'm pretty sure it isn't a temp issue (this PC hasn't been over 80C). The only thing i could think of that could be the culprit is the motherboard, unless Windows can cause something like this. Any thoughts? My computer hasn't really gone through any changes lately btw, here are the specs: Motherboard - Asus Maximus Formula IX CPU - 7700k @4.5GHz with Corsair H110 RAM - 2x8GB 3200MHz GSkill Ripjaws V GPU - Asus Strix 1080ti OC Edition PSU - EVGA SuperNova G2 750w

    Dual Display Issue

Already looked at that exact article before coming here and the slider is not there when custom scaling is on and like i said when i disable custom scaling it makes both displays go black if the second display is plugged in.

They're both plugged in via hdmi cables. They both work on custom scaling, but then it scales for all displays not individual displays. They only go black when i turn custom scaling off.

    Dual Display Issue

Well i can't do that obviously since both displays go black when i plug the second display in!

    Dual Display Issue

Does my second display have to be connected to see it, cause that option is not there?
