I don’t plan on using amd, I go for intel because they are just better in general. But is their a way to see my performance increase? -
I have the i5 7600k and msi duke 1080 oc edition and I think I need to upgrade to a i7 9700k, my cpu is basically new maybe half a year old but I think I’m experiencing bottleneck while streaming overwatch all low settings I get maybe 100 FPS which is terrible considering I saw a streamer named aimbotcalvin he has a 1070 with a i7 and gets 200 FPS while streaming can I really be experiencing 100 FPS bottleneck I really care about my gaming experience that’s why I was wondering if it’s my cpus problem or maybe a hdd problem idk what else it could be

i have a dual monitor setup and i have one 144hz monitor it can do any port and a second monitor with dvi vga with a hdmi converter. i tried using hdmi for my 144hz monitor on my graphics card and it wouldnt go higher then 60hz so my question is why does the new 20 series only support the hdmi and the cut in half hdmi plug when a hdmi doesnt support 144hz also having one hdmi port would be trouble for me because the card only has one hdmi port unless you can use the half hdmi port for 144hz idk what that cable is called so can anyone explain why there is no dvi and just 1 hdmi and 4 half hdmis

I contacted nvidia support and they told me I don’t have to uninstall old drivers because 1060 and 1080 are the same family series so I don’t have to worry about installing or uninstalling drivers because they are same family. This must be true considering nvidia told me
