UPDATE!! these temps seem to be alot better right?... 75C under full load would be expected?

took my side panel off, did absolutely nothing... same temp doing the same things... So i started messing around.. Turned on Vsync (limits my WoW FPS to 60) but still max settings... and everything seems to be doing fine?... Game issue? Or still poor airflow based on my above setup? note: i am doing the same thing.. Just with V sync enabled now?

im getting 160 + FPS in my games... im using a ASUS rog 34pgq yada yada.. anyway to limit my frames to 100 FPS so it mkaes it not push as hard?

okay.. so i have a meshify C, front mounted corsair h100v2 2x LL120 fans as intake , 3x LL120 1 rear and 2 top exhaust

70-72C and a 70% fan curve when i run around arcane explosion AOE mobs

this is 5 minutes into WoW.. standing still.... do my fans really have to push that hard to to maintain a reasonable 65.?... (im not even in a 25 man raid yet)

okay, so i downloaded precision X and set them to 1500 RPM (about 50%) do i have to keep precision X open the whole time?.,.. everytime i exit out of it my fans stop spinning.

Hello all!!.... So I just picked up a GTX 1080 TI FTW3, installed it, updated my drivers.. Etc Etc... Started 2 look at temps using CAM software, Took 2 pictures... 1st is of my PC Idling. 2nd is right after playing 20 minutes of WoW and a pop up told me I was running how.. (note all i was doing was standing in legion zones and working on my ELVui setup. (not even raiding).. Max temp of 81 C (cpu seemed to do fine).. anyone know how to troubleshoot? I dontr think this is normal...

Your totally right... i had that bad habit of .. oh its inly 20 dollars more here.. 20 there etc... but 4000 (say 4500 with new games and subs) in 7 years ( how long my last pc lasted me last time) and it still runs so 4500 \ 84 = 54 dollars a month on my hobby... thats the only way to justify it to my wife and myself LOL... most guys buy. 5000 dollar dirt bike that breaks on them in 2 years!! ?

Oh nice.. save the $$ if you meed to optimal 1080, but 70 bucks in your pocket to take the lady out always helps the end game...

I think you can grab an EVGA 1080 for 500.. pcpartpicker is your friend and EVGA is such a solid pick... my 670 is still running 7 years in... and my ftw 3 1080 ti is coming in the mail tomorrow mwahahaha

@dizmo your right... Inalmost pulled the trigger on the EVGA FTW elite 1080 ti used from amazon warehouse moments ago... 801 after CA tax... but im scared of buyers remorse for the 2080 lol
