Umm...Well since you've apparently been tracking the thread as well I would assume you've read it all? In which case you'd just have to track the last page and the ones before it. The one's at the start and middle are just primarily concerns about the delay and speculation. "That" covers the news in the middle

You'd either mount the vesa mount directly to the back plastic, which might break it... Or do what he appears to do. He appears to have taken off the actual VESA part entirely, and just fabricated an aluminum bit that would attach to the vesa arm. That aluminum bit would slot into where the stand usually goes, so it's definitely going to be sturdy enough. It wouldn't be too difficult, but would require some fabrication skills
