  1. SSD and nvme Samsung evo 860 and case is just a cooler master q300l, cooler is cooler master evo black edition. Monitor is a Samsung 1080p 60htz monitor.
  2. Yes she already had cooler, hdd, SSD, nvme, monitor and case oh it needs to be mATX
  3. Budget (including currency): 500$ Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Red Dead 2, GTA V, The Sims, and Minecraft. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I need help picking parts to build a PC for my niece she plays games like RDR2, GTA, sims and Minecraft. We already have cpu cooler, hdd, ssd, nvme, monitor and case. If any one can help I’d greatly appreciate it, problem if I try to do this I’ll end up buying her a $1500 pc which her parents don’t me to spoiler even more. Need it to be mATX.
  4. I have no clue how to fix your problem you said your cpu is just slower then 955.
  5. So you bought this card from www.Techpowerup.com? What site if not? You need to put screenshots i have 955 and upgraded last year to Ryzen 2600x and you should have since a huge upgrade jump. Go Control Panel, then Power Option, go down to Processor Power Management make make sure your Minimum process state is at 5%, and your Maximum Process State at 100%. Hopefully this fixes your problem and this was a problem if not I have no idea. This site used to have a lot of people take would help you last year I haven’t seen as much help as before.
  6. So you bought this card from www.Techpowerup.com? What site if not? You need to put screenshots of CPU z
  7. When you say 12 volt, your not talking about RGB headers are you these are fan hearders:
  8. I meant office is based in the US my bad for warranty issues
  9. Gigabyte use these connection For rainbow colors like digital led strips you have touse 5Volt VDG And for any other type of RGB you use 12Volt GRB or GRBW It doesn’t matter what brand the LEDs are as long as it has these connections it will work.
  10. Yeah but how long can someone have the computer under load at one time that this is going to cause a catastrophe?
  11. Nope they don’t give you money back only if it’s sold and shipped by Amazon if it shipped by the seller they cannot recover nothing that’s your loss.
  12. Does it have to be 120 mm and budget. I have a bunch of 90 mm that run at 4000rpm.
  13. For the problem of your computer going to login screen no matter what you do reset shut down it has to do with your windows 10 fast start up, if you turn that off your computer will work perfectly again I always have it turned off cause it always puts me in a like a cycle and doesn’t shut off.
  14. PSU are PSU’s, as long as it’s made here in the US as long as it has a bronze or gold 80+ certification and you have the right amount of wattage all power supplies will work perfectly. Also these guys will recommend you this and that tell you this and this is bad is because they have bad luck or it went out on them and they think that the whole brand or models are bad. I have EVGA 750 BQ and people are like oh it’s so shitty it’s going to mess or burn your system up, it’s been one year haven’t seen one bad thing about it provides amazing power with no problems and 7 year warranty. Just use it don’t send it back unless there’s a problem which they probably will not be and keep trucking on.
  15. $48 for a Q300L lol I bought three of these for $20 each brand new online @ Amazon damn those prices are to high for that plastic case .
  16. You need to buy yourself a separate SSD for just your operating system that way if you ever have problems nothing gets erased that you need and you can replace the operating system quick and be back and running. Well if you don’t want to do a clean install I guess get a new GPU. Yeah I’ve configured my computer operating system on SSD and my important program files and games on my 5 TB hard drive
  17. Yes that means you’re GPU is dead but if you do get a new GPU do a stress test on it and see if anything fails on the new GPU if it doesn’t then you’re good to go . Yeah don’t get rid of the old graphic and if you do get a new one. try to open up the old graphic card and your fans might be dead maybe replacing fans and thermal paste might bring it back to life for a little bit and if that doesn’t help hit me up and I’ll buy off you for parts if it’s cheap.
  18. It’s all right if the paste is non-conductive
  19. That’s pretty normal that spike you get with that 55 Celsius is due to One of your core is boosting to 4.2Ghz plus the stock coolers sux, nothing to worry, If you’re not going to do any overclocking get a Black edition hyper 212 Evo, You can get it with RGB fan or just straight black fan. That cool looking is my 2600X at 28c to 34c on idle.
  20. when I first built my computer and ordered everything of Amazon my motherboard was used my graphic card was also used and the plastic wrap that comes around each product had seals broken when I got it, So I contacted them and they sent me a replacement and all of those were brand new everything was properly sealed . Amazon doesn’t check the returns properly.
  21. I am the same way I’ve never change GPU thermal paste I’m just scared to open it and mess anything up especially when the GPUs cost over $500.
  22. You answered your own question you need to take it apart cleaned all the fins on the heatsink and fans And apply quality Thermal paste.
