My system is Windows 10 Enterprise Edition,1803.I posted the same problem in China. It seems to be a problem after updating the 1803 version.

I set the lock screen wallpaper, but whenever I boot this lock screen wallpaper does not show up. The lock screen wallpaper displayed is a default. If I lock my computer after booting up, it shows the lock screen wallpaper I set. Why is the lock screen wallpaper displayed every time I boot up is not the one I set.
