Hello everyone need some help. Today I come home to my brother telling me this Pc wont recognize any of his usb devices. He has his mouse, keyboard and his WiFi running on usb. I started trouble shooting and all Mobo usb and the front panels are not working. I added in a pcie usb 3 card I had to give that a go. It worked on first boot. But after a restart it stopped giving power and everything to my mouse. I reseated ram. Tried different ram slots . Even reseated the cpu and remounted the cooler. Nothing worked. So the last ditch thing I did was I sawapped in a old psu i had that is enough to just to get the system to boot without the gpu installed . The pcie card was giving power and i could use everything in windows. It also worked threw reboots. Now the usb on the mobo did not come back so i am still not completely sure if the psu is the issue or the mobo. The psu in it is a 600w Evga one that was bought less then a year ago. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello everyone. I have a few questions I hope you guys can help me with . I am new to the sever/nas scene. I picked up an hp proliant dl380 g6 if someone on craigslist for free and thought I would start tinkering with it. It has dual 4 core xeons and 64gb of storage. My questions are what in your guys opinions be the best software and programs to use to get this going as a game server to run minecraft/ark servers and to use as storage or maybe some plex. Any point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I need some recommendations. I baught the Floureon BM-800 when it was on sale for 6 bucks thought I could get my feet wet with xlr mics. I know I need a phantom power supply witch I will be ordering this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KAPGLQC/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_tdVyBbC08F944. My question is do I need a dac to run this into my computer then or can I get an xlr to 3.5 mic input? Any help would be appreciated Thanks!

I am looking at getting a monitor stand for my LG 29in ultra wide monitor. The only single ones I am finding go up to 27 in. Can I use a 27in one? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
