In preparation to sell my computer, I’m trying to reset the pc and remove all my information but I’ve ran into some issues, here’s what I’ve done so far:
Tried to reset PC through settings - update & security- recovery - reset this pc - remove everything (got error message: ‘could not find recovery environment’)

I ran into issues again in the ‘troubleshoot’ page after restarting with the USB device as there was no ‘recover from a drive’ option as shown in the last image on the guide
(if it’s helpful, the options I got on the troubleshooting page were: system restore, go back to the previous version, system image recovery, startup repair, command prompt, and uefi firmware settings)
Any suggestions would be appreciated
