Dramatically slower read write speeds for EVO 970 M.2 NVMe ssd

I just installed a Evo 970 nvme ssd on my machine as my boot drive and ran benchmarks. However, unlike other users I'm getting a speed of 900mb/s instead of 3000+mb/s. I've installed the ssd on the ultra M.2 slot(PCIe Gen3 x 4), updated the bios, installed the amd cpu driver and samsung NVMe driver. My PC parts are CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 MB: Asrock AB 350M PRO4 (supports m.2 NVMe) STORAGE: EVO 970 500GB RAM: 8gb ddr4 GPU: gtx 1080ti POWER: 500W power supply
How to deep copy an ssd to another ssd?(including os)

Hi computer noob here, I just bought an 500GB samsung evo 970 ssd and since this is much faster then the ssd I bought 4 years ago I want to copy my old ssd to my new one(include the OS and drivers) and boot from there. How can I achieve this? Thank you!
