This wont really matter that much. If you game and want a generally better experience go with the DT 990 pros. If you worry about getting the sound into the mic just use a noise gate. It probably wont tho, unless you're listening on really high volumes. The E10k btw. That wont sound good with the DT 990 pros or the 770 pros 250ohm. You will impress your viewers when using proper audio equipment. Doesn't matter if they look different from gaming headsets.

What you are looking for is a great pair of headphones and a good amp/dac. You want the amp/dac combo since amping the onboard audio is not that good. I would recommend the DT 770 pro 250ohm with the ifi zen dac. Really good combo for streaming and gaming. The DT 770's has a good sound signature for gaming since you want more treble and bass. The DT 770's are also really durable and light headphones for the comfort. Sennheisers headphones are more plastic and less durable I would say.

Looks bad. Flipping up the microphone doesn't look right on stream, it makes things look out of place. That's why you rarely see "structured" streamers with a mic on the side of their headphones.

Definitely interested in mITX at the moment. While it's true that it may make it more difficult to upgrade further down the line, the ability to move it around with ease, and for it to take up less space, will make things so much easier in the long run. I also don't plan on having multiple HDD's or RAID configurations, or even multiple SSD's. I do plan on having an SSD in it, because it's 2020 and there's no point in using an HDD anymore lol. I only plan on having three games downloaded, as well as Minecraft running a Vanilla server. If I do decide to add mods or plugins I will need just a bit more space of course, but the truth is, a 500gb ssd will be more than plenty to handle my needs. At the moment I don't plan to keep it as a media server or file server, but strictly for the games already mentioned. Also, I very rarely play CS:GO anymore, in fact the truth is I hate the game, and only played it because my friends were playing it. Now that I've gotten my other friends into R6, they don't really play it either. I'll definitely have MC installed of course, for testing and for an OP account aside from my main account to be able to access the server and fix any issues we come across, but the truth is, even 240gb wouldn't really be a stretch.

I know I can get a bit of a cheaper case, but my friend really loves red, and this case has a lot of nice features, so I really don't want anything else at the moment. Thanks for the suggestion though. Many of the games he plays will utilize a minimum of 7-7.8 gigs of ram, so the truth is there is just not a choice about the ram. I'm also running at 3000 speeds, and if you're much of a fan off LTT, which I hope you are since you're in this forum, you'll know that's the bare minimum for Ryzen.

Time to live, not important for this test.
So the issue is not your ethernet, but the line leaving your modem.  However that is being routed through your house probably has it close to the lighting, and may not be easy to change

I am assuming it is Coax (cable), it may not affect TV's due to different frequencies being used.

I only really see a few good options
Replace fluorescent with LEDs (since its a business there may be a discount from the state or what not)
Change the route the coax cables goes (might not be possible)
If the coax cable isn't already shielded then get one that is shielded, but I have seen even quad shielded coax cables get plenty of interference.
Move the modem to a different coax connection to see if any better (but unlikely)

Could you wrap your ethernet cable with heavy duty foil as a test?

Only thing i can think of are shielded cables, you can try shielding the cable(s) from your comptuer to your router and modem only first.
Another thing to be concerned about is if it is coax internet shielding on that, some coax lines are quad shielded, some are not, but it could also be far enough away from the lights that it doesn't matter.

Alternatively change the fluorescent lights to LED, I believe they have ones that work with ballasts if you are using the tubes.  You can suggest that to your parents as saving energy as well.  You could also try and get them to start off small and just doing the areas where the networking is close by.

Yes. The version you buy from Mojang is the "premium". Any other version is pirating... It usually consists of downloading a launcher from a third party site like https://mineshafter.info/, which is the site I used years ago when I was using a two hundred dollar 10 inch touch screen laptop with a surprising beefy CPU - for a two hundred dollar laptop... Meaning I could run MC at 30 FPS and only get a lag spike every two minutes!

if your main pc has decent specs you might wanna try Linux Mint instead.. it's ubuntu based just like Lubuntu but has much more features.

HDDs don't lose capacity as they age unless it is physically damaged, in which case it will still display at the original value from the controller, but it will just stop working and/or those damaged sectors will become 'bad'.
Most likely the drive has a hidden system restore partition on it that is using up some space. Most likely created one when you installed Windows 10.

Without knowing exactly which model it is, if it's a single core Celeron D using DDR2 memory, it will have to be at least 12-15 years old, maybe even a few years older. Going back to around 2005-2006 was the last time desktop Celeron Ds were single core with DDR2 memory. After that they were all dual cores and DDR3.

If you're curious to know for sure, an easy way to check is to check what model number is reported in task manager in windows, or what model number shows up in the BIOS. Just google that model number page and you will find the Intel info page for it which will list that CPU models release date.

The system really isn't suitable for Windows 10 as you've no doubt already figured out. Even Windows 7 would be too much for it to handle. Was probably pretty poor back in XP days as well when it came out.

Only thing I can really think of doing with it would be trying to plug the HDD in to another computer and copying any personal files or photos the person may have stored on their PC and copy them over to a USB drive to give to that persons family or friends if you have any contact with them. I'm guessing if you reinstalled windows the drive was probably wiped and any data on it lost (except if you did an upgrade maybe). Other than that there's probably very little use for a 15 year old machine with those specs in modern age.

As mentioned maybe chuck an ultra light Linux distro on there. Maybe run a Linux compatible emulator with some old arcade games might be the best you can get out of it.

Minecraft Premium is required. But really, you can literally buy an account on eBay for a dollar to five dollars if you want access to changing the skin, password, and username or not... And to get your own account fresh is only 25-30 bucks. It's worth it. I used to pirate, and it's really not fun because most of the good servers are premium only. Not being able to have your own skin (and back when I pirated I was always stuck with an Alex) really sucks, too. Of course, if you're flat broke and it's your only option, go for it.

Your system looks sick, by the way! I can't wait until I have the knowledge it took to build something like that. I know a good bit about software and am an entry level programmer (at the age of 15), and I'm learning the hardware at the moment. I can't learn enough about hardware and software as far as I'm concerned. My first build is going to cost me seven hundred bucks; I'm going with a red and black theme. Since it's my first build it means a lot to me, and the way you described your reasoning to build your custom loop, I feel we have a lot of similarities. You just happen to be 15 years ahead of me .
