  1. Going from a 1080ti to a 2080ti is really not a huge upgrade but an expensive one so would not recommend it. Intel's 10th gen isn't looking promising at all, since their still releasing basically the same products with a higher boost clock and TDP. If you really want to upgrade your CPU wait until Ryzen 4000.
  2. How long have you had these problems? What did you change before this started?
  3. Until I had to switch of my psu.
  4. Then both will serve you well but if you're going to be doing a lot of editing I would recommend the 2700x
  5. The 2700x is an 8 core last gen cpu and the 3600 is a current gen 6 core. The 3600 is better in single threaded tasks and the 2700x is better in multi-threaded tasks. Which is best depends on your use case.
  6. I had a similar experience when I last used DDU and I haven't had any problems yet so it should be fine.
  7. I have the Arctic Freezer 33 and the fans do get quite loud when at max speed but on my 1600x I don't even get above 60C with it, so I don't have to crank the fan speed up. Though I have heard that Noctua makes really good coolers and that their fans are basically silent.
  8. The max tempos are fine. Idle is quite high so you might wanna increase the fan speed a bit for the longevity of the cpu, but it's not really dangerous yet.
  9. Here is an ltt video on it. It does require quite a bit of modification and can be more than a bit sketchy.

Some 1650s do need another connectors, but most 1650s only use 75w so they don't need any connecters
