Not realaly I may do some basic video editing but thats all if not worth upgrading to 32 what about 16 most of my latop will be base around gaming

Got my gaming laptop very happy with it but want to update the memory to 32gb why simple reason is i can but Im unsure what memory I have or what memory I need to upgrade to I know it 8gb atm but as I dont have a clue about memoery speed would there be any befit to upgrading to 32 gb ddr with my specs see pictures

Ok my computer of 6 years died last night and I woul dlike to get hold of a gaming laptop as this is what iv been told. What Im looking to do with this laptop is Gaming at 1080p video editing and designing and work related projects ( Nothing to heavy ) just using Power Director 18 need to have 17 " screen and powerful enough to install what i need and have enough memory to copy with the above as I have no idea and have a budget of £1000 please guild me to a good laptop for my needs and send me the link I been searching the internet and as i based in the UK it needs to be from the UK and iv seen prices for £ 3k+ well that just way to much and over kill what your advise ? below is myold computer spec that died so it needs to be a lot better than this set up my desktop was a i5 with a gtx 550 ti

I have an opportunity to upgrade from gtx 550 to gtx 950 2gb for £65 simple question is it worth it only play games at 1080p on a Sony 40" TV P l ay games like crysis or far cry gta 3 my cpu is a i5 with 8gig of ram only have 36 hours to decide be fire heading home or wait until I can afford the 1060 mini?

Ok I now ready to get my card but as Im totaly a newbee and so out of date with Graphics Cards I have a 1080p Sony TV for gaming Game I like are AOE 2, Far Cry, Crysis 1,2,. GTA 3 and above, and some basic games like Worms etc My aging gtc 550 is now showing it age when i play Crysis etc so looking at NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 TI 4GB Im not planing on geting a gaming monitor may be just a bigger TV like samsung 75" or even 85" smart tv but not yet so im unsure which card to get or even if it worth it I have a big old rig

in rig 1 ( My rig ) it has a 650 psu well thats what it say on the sticker my cpu is i5 8gig dd3 and a gtx550ti below is the cpuz report the 1st is my rig the 2nd is the new rig

Just got a new gaming rig for my sons 18th something that he can upgrade over time etc as I want him to learn how to build and mod etc which more then likly knows how to do anyway lol as im just out of date with comp tecth as Im stil debating over a 1050ti of 1060 mini and also the new rig seams to take ages to boot in to winidows and there nothing install apart from windows updates compared to my rig... are hard drives that slow compared to ssd which is what i have i have in my old rig as my boots up in about 15 seconds compared to about 1min 30 for the new rig or am i being impatient as i got use to my ssd drive so i would like your thoughts on my 5 year rig specs compared to this new rig which i have just phurcased tell me if the new rig is better then my 5 year rig and why so i can learn pic 1 is my rig pc 2 is the new rig

please explain what fishy? as all I've done is download the app as requested and provided as im no system builder and do not understand things like 2.2 volts core since I brought this rig 4 years ago i only upgrade to ssd and added two USB 3 ports? do i need to be worried?

Yeah I have a full tower case it an aging gaming computer by today's rigs as it 4 years old it is a Medion Razer will massive upgrade potential the reason why i got it in the first place

Ok over the last few weeks I have asked about the 1050/1050ti card ( no idea what the differences are ) as i want to update my rig from a 550ti 1gb so will this card be an upgrade from what have now?
