both are exactly the same case, just different external paneling.

Personally I'd pick the P600S for the possibility of better airflow by removing the front plate as needed, whereas the Evolv X you're just stuck with it as is.

Krosis got a reaction from .Apex. in How do I tell if my AIO is working properly?
I completely agree. I was just running Prime 95 to get the unrealistic max to test my thermal headroom. Cinebench is max 65, which is obviously quite good.

I am already using Arctic MX-4, so the only upgrade would be to go liquid metal.

I think I am just going to stop worrying about this, and let my AIO do its job.

    Thanks for your input!

Unless you have multiple pcie 4.0 storage devices, use the B550. B550 only has 1 4.0 nvme slot.

Certainly sounds like a PSU issue. Have you tried loading the CPU, GPU, and memory separately (with Prime95, Furmark, Memtest86 respectively)? How old is the PSU and was anything changed around the time the system started doing this?

I already have an AMD GPU, so I am used to using the drivers. That's not an issue for me. I was just wondering if AMD is actually working towards solving the issues, which it seems like they are. Thank you!

I had a xfx rx5700 a month ago that gave me nothing but driver issues. I returned it and amd released the last driver I think it’s 20.2.2 that said to fix a lot of these issues the day after I returned the 5700.

I bought a sapphire rx5700xt and got it this Monday. I haven’t had a single issue with this card. I’ve played fallout 4 and 76, Siege, Pub g, apex legends, battlefield 4, fishing planet and escape from tarkov. If I had to guess I’d say I’ve done about 20 hours of actual gaming on it.

Not one single crash, system hang or black screen. I know I’m only one person providing results here so take it with a grain of salt if you want, just telling you my experience with that card and driver version.

I'd go with the 5700 XT... The vast majority of the driver issues are fixed, and the drivers are not as hard to use as Nvidia purists claim. (plus they include a lot of controls you can't even get from Nvidia, all built into the drivers)

    Don't buy 1060, buy RX580 instead.
for $10 more you get 2TB hdd.

There's a good chance you can just either upgrade your PC and use it for both streaming and gaming or sell your current rig that can both stream and game well.

450 boards aren't really made for R7 chips, they're just compatible with them because of the socket

The 450F in particular just looks good but it isn't, not all boards from ASUS are good, it's like saying ALL power supplies from Seasonic are good while that's not true *cough* S12 II *cough*.
VRMs on that board tend to overheat and make the CPU throttle down to compensate until they cool down, this doesn't occurs when R3 and low end R5 chips that are 65W or less are used.
About ASUS boards, I have the X470-PRO and the VRM temp never goes over 64C while gaming.

The 1700 has two extra cores those cores are slightly slower than the ones in the 2600, it also runs hotter, unless the 1700 is cheaper get the 2600 if you're just going to game with it, the 2600 and 2600X are the same CPU the only difference is that the X is clocked higher (you can overclock the regular 2600 to have the same performance)
