You should look at a FrozenQ Computer Reservoir. I bet a 250mm one with dual red twisted inserts with a red cathode would look great in that case.
 

There would be no benefit unless your boiling the water in your loop. Like a cars radiator the pressure will add to the boiling point of the water not the ability of it to carry the heat away . That is why your car can have waters temps slightly over boiling point because the radiator cap will hold about 15pis or so and increase the temperature at witch it can convert to a gas and boil.
