  1. There are some posts on reddit about the meshify c and the gaming x trio, where people say they can fit the lower case fan, and the gpu just "touches" the upper part of the fan case, and still are able to put the top front fan.
  2. Yeah but i don't wanna risk it to have buggy drivers, so i'm probably just going with the RTX2070s. EVGA are 50€-60€ more here in Belgium sadly enough. Which doesn't justify the cost for me. I'm just doubting about Gaming x Trio and Gaming X
  3. Hi guys, As i am looking to buy a RTX 2070 Super to finish my build, i noticed something. I want the MSi Gaming X Trio RTX 2070Super, but that card is 328mm long, and my Fractal Design Meshify C only supports a card of 315mm long, with a normal (25mm thick) fan in front of it. Now i can just put the fan that comes in the case, on the upper slot of front panel, and just take that as a intake. But will that give me much higher temps? Is it also possible, that i put a Scythe Slipstream Slim as second fan? Those fans are 12mm thick, so i'd have the maximum length of my total case , because they say you can fit a GPU of 315mm long with a fan of 25mm thick. With the Scythe Slipstream Slim i would get 328mm for my card, and 12mm for the fan, so that would be the same. Or would that fan be shit, and give me almost no intake? Link to fan : http://www.scythe-eu.com/en/products/fans/slip-stream-120-mm-slim.html Also do you guys think RTX 2070Super is overkill to give me 240fps on esport title with esport settings (mostly everything low and medium) As i have to buy a new screen and can get the Dell Alienware AW2518HF for 260€ new. And last but not the least question, is there a massive difference in temperatures between the Gaming X Trio and the normal Gaming X? My build is : Ryzen 7 3700 X 2x8 GB 3600MHz CL16 GSKILL TRIDENT Z NEO B450 Tomahawk Max Corsair RM750x
  4. Yeah but i have to upgrade, cause i can't get a 2070 with a DVI. So i have to upgrade to a screen with a displayport, i could get a XL2411P (144HZ) but that is 199€. So the extra 60€ for a 240hz isn't that bad i guess?
  5. And are those drivers being fixed? And would it be a problem if i buy the freesync version of the alienware 240hz screen and a RTX 2070 super? Or isn't that worth the extra 120€ for the super ?
  6. Yeah but my 144hz doesn't have a display port, so it's the time to upgrade now. Is the 5700xt good? Or does it reach high temps/noise from fans?
  7. Hi guys, Just made the decision to just upgrade to an Alienware AW2518H(F). I can get it for around 265€ new, and then i just have to decide if i go RTX or RX 5700XT. I play on 1080p, and just want enough fps. https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/1459354/msi-radeon-rx-5700-xt-gaming-x.html is this a good RX 5700xt? i can get it for around 380€ Or should i get an RTX 2070, which would cost me 495€ for the Gaming X trio version of MSi. I have a Ryzen 7 3700X B450 Tomahawk Max 16GB of ram.
  8. Those prices are between 300-400€ The RX Vega 64 is the best out of 1080, 1070 Ti and vega 64?
  9. and if i buy a aftermarket cooler like Scythe Mugen 5 pcgh or sth?
  10. Radeon right here is 380€
  11. So i won't get any noticable difference if i just put the stock cooler and thermal paste?
  12. Hi guys, Just recieved it, but they didn't send me the arctic mx5. So is it a BIG difference if i wait and put mx5 on tomorrow? Or is the stock paste good enough to keep it under 80 degrees?
  13. Just recieved my Ryzen 7 3700X system. Now looking to buy a cheap used card. I have 3 options : RX Vega 64 from Asus Strix for 290€ Gigabyte Windforce OC GTX 1080 for 325€ MSi Gaming X GTX 1070 Ti for 250€ I play every game at 1080P @ 144Hz. Now is my question, which card has the least chance to produce a lot of noise (fans), and has the least chance of having coil whine?
  14. And do they support 144hz @ 1080p?
  15. Aren't those adapters pretty expensive? (80€ , something like that?)
  16. Hi guys, Just ordered my new setup (budget but dont mind) I ordered : Ryzen 7 3700xMSi B450 Tomahawk MAXCorsair RM750xGskill Trident Z Neo 2 x 8GB 3600MHz CL16WD 2TB HDDSamsung 860 Evo 250GB SSDFractal Design Meshify C Now i still need to buy a gpu, but i will buy a secondhand, cause i have an XL2411, without displayport, so the rtx serie and 5700xt are only DP's. What i'm looking at at the moment are 3-4 cards. But keep in mind please that i only play esport titles like (csgo, wow, fortnite, pubg & rocket league) So i'm looking at getting 300fps+ on CSGO low settings, 200fps on wow on setting 4, fortnite 200fps low settings and the same for pubg) But now i have 4 choices. Choice 1 : Gigabyte Windforce OC GTX 1080 for 325€ Choice 2 : MSI Radeon RX 580 Gaming X 8GB for 130€ Choice 3 : MSI gaming X GTX 1070 : 200€ Choice 4 : MSI gaming x RX 570 : 100€ Choice 5 : Asus ROG Strix RX VEGA64 OC edition 8GB : 290€
  17. How is noise levels on both? Just heard my highschool has the possibility of charging laptop while having class. So that factor is pretty much nihil. Now only the noise level, would the dell or the hp be louder under load?
  18. He just sent me this picture : So, only 2.9% wear level, so what is the best bet now, the envy x360 (new in the box) or the lattitude with 2.9% wear
  19. He just sent me this picture : So, only 2.9% wear level, so what is the best bet now, the envy x360 (new in the box) or the lattitude with 2.9% wear
  20. Well today im gonna have to choose. So dont rly know which one yet Specs seems the same, but i have a feeling battery of latitude is better and will last me longer
  21. So what would be the best bet? Study is only gonna take 2 years, so no need to keep it longer than that.
  22. so for battery life, i'd better pick the latitude then?
  23. Meh, can't see any reviews about that type so i can't see the battery life:/
  24. But specs wise, which is the best? The HP or the latitutde?
