Adding a rear 120mm exhaust should already be enough: https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/noctua-nf-s12b-redux-1200-pwm-sso-bearing-fan-2/
If you want to add another front 140mm or two for intake, NF-P14S are excellent: https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/noctua-nf-p14s-redux-1500-pwm-case-fan/

Those will be fine, but ...

If I'm not mistaken that case does accept 140mm fans up front.  Those tend to move more air at a lower RPM, thereby being more quiet.
I'd look into moving the original 120mm fan to the rear and getting a pair of 140mm ones for the front.

No clue on the noise, but they'll work fine. Though you probably want to check the fan headers on your motherboard before you start adding fans. (You might need extenders.)

One in & one out should address a lot of problems.

Looks like half of the front is closed off, so the intake fan will be a lot less efficient than it would on a full mesh front.  Personally I'd go with 2 intakes and 1 exhaust.

Noctua will be the default answer.  they're expensive, but you get what you pay for.  Any $5 fan will do, but the cheap ones tend to become noisy over time and last less long.
