Thats fair, but I have seen far more corsair PSU's fail in spectacular fashion than SeaSonic in both my personal life, that of my clients, and that of the internet.

In the end, its up to the OP. Was voicing my opinion

People say that about the Seasonic M12II PSU's because the design hasn't been updated since ~2012 (if memory serves me right). It is not a bad PSU by design, and is of equal or better quality to a Corsair grey-label PSU. Theyre both budget, and are priced accordingly.

I never said it was the best, or perfect. But it's a very good deal for the price.

My memory failed me, the PSU I was thinking about is roughly $20 more. But, if the OP has the patience/ability to save up $20 I would highly, highly recommend it.I have one in my current built, it was a godsend to build with. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095

Grey label corsair power supplies are meh, I would swap it for a seasonic fully modular PSU. Other than that, @mxk.'s iteration of your build is perfect.

Holy balls nVidia. I was already getting confused when you used to rebrand your last gen higher tier chips as budget ones for the next gen. Now this!? Thank god I haven't bought an nVidia card since the GTS 450

I wouldnt transfer any files from a virus infected PC. Anything could be infected. as to your PC, youre better off reinstalling.

I was helping my neighbor pair a bluetooth speaker and I asked her about an old Macbook Air she had laying on a wicker basket on her patio (yep, just laying there).

I asked her if she had issues with it running hot, and if she wanted my Macbook Pro as a trade (she didnt care about the Air, I wanted something lighter than my old Pro).

Her response was, word for word, "Oh no, Macbooks don't overheat. They have cooling fans."

This was the day Linus reviewed the Core i9 macbook. I just chuckled and changed topics.

MSI boards are particularly picky about where RAM is during first POST. I had the same scare with my build. One stick goes in Slot 1, then after that you can put in the rest.

i dont know what to tell you. personally, i would go the expensive route and get a new computer/laptop. you one has really old specs and a new one would definatly be worth your money (IMO)

To save you some time: No, it isnt possible. Any device that predates the OG iPad you can, because they use Samsung SOC's rather than Apple's own.

It seems to be temps or PSU related. If the temperatures report fine (I would use HWInfo) then start by RMA'ing your Power Supply.
