Yes I have; in the end, all I had to do was replace a faulty sata power cable and the system works fine now.

have you tried this steps?
Press Windows key + R on your keyboard. Type %userprofile%, and then hit Enter. Click View tab. Under Show/hide option, place a check mark under Hidden items. Choose AppData folder. Right-click IconCache, and then click Delete. -

ok,
have you run an antivirus scan? did you install any program other than windows update before it happened? have you tried updating your drivers? if you have done all said above then you might want to try this steps:
Start > type view all then click on "View all problem reports Control panel" Can you right-click on a few of the "Windows Explorer" "Stopped working" errors > View technical details then pls relay the errors here, Thank you 🖖

Update: I fixed it finally, I reinstall Windows App using PowerShell/CMD. Here is the Step by Step
Open PowerShell/CMD as Administrator type : Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} Wait until it finishes its reinstallation then "Restart"
