  1. The past few days my memory usage has been close to or at 100% constantly. I have checked with task manager and it's clear what's causing this. Service host (lots of different ones) is using a lot of the ram. I have checked task manager on different computers and none of them have the same high usage. as mentioned this has been occuring the past few days. The computer overall feels slow and im unable to play games. I'll add a picture showing task manager allthough it's in Norwegian. If there is any questions regarding translation of this i'll answer them below. I'm using 2 x 4 hyperx ddr4 ram sticks running at 1200 MHz. TRANSLATION REGARDING THE ERROR MESSAGE: DirextX 10 not supported by your graphics card or your graphics driver is broken. Windows reports: Not enough memory resources available to complete this operation. (8007000e, 0)
  2. I was thinking about to buy the same brand and the same clock speed so everything would be the same except the gb's.
  3. I currently use 2x4gb ddr3 ram for my computer and it is struggling with lots of task opens so I want to upgrade. I was thinking to buy a 8gb stick so it would be 1x4gb and 1x8gb, both ddr3 ram ofc. Would this work?
  4. So I just bought a new 1060 6gb GPU and decided to use my old monitor so im running 2 monitors. The problem is that if I have twitch running on the second monitor I will experience lag on my main monitor while playing games, allthough my fps count is pretty high. And if I have twitch running in the background on the monitor i'm gaming on I'll have no lag at all, so what is the problem? Any ideas? Specs: CPU: I5 6500 3,2GHZ GPU: Asus dual gtx 1060 6gb Ram: 8gb's ddr4 hyperx fury Motherboard: Asus h100I-plus-D3 PSU: 500 watts Storage 1: 250gb SSD with OS installed Storage 2: 1TB HDD
  5. I fixed it, i just went over the cables a second time and i found that the fan controller for the case wasnt plugged in so i had to install some new cables to make it work because of my new installed ssd and graphic card so the cable wasnt really long enough. Im sorry for bothering you with this, thanks for the help anyways
  6. I checked the cables and there should be no problems, and no the fans are still not working. Specs: Asus h110I-PLUS D3 - Motherboard Intel core I5-6500 - CPU 2x4gb hyperxfury ddr4 - Ram Asus gtx 1060 6gb - GPU 250gb ssd - Storage 1tb hdd - Storage 500 watt - PSU
  7. I just installed my new graphics card and then suddenly the case fans that came with the case stopped working, i have checked my BIOS and it says N/A, so basically not active. any tips for how I can get them running again? Im 99% sure that all of the cables are ok and havent touched any of those.
  8. Hello, I'm buying a new graphic card now and the card is the asus 1060 6gb version. I'm just wondering if this will cause any problems with my other components considering I only have 8gb's of ram and a kinda cheap motherboard? I've heard something about that ram gb should be multiplied by 2 of the vram on the graphic card, but I don't really have the money to buy new ram sticks right now.
  9. I'd really appreciate answear, what files to I have to drag over from the hdd drive to the ssd in order to get the OS on the ssd? what is the name of the files?
  10. So a clean install is just connecting the cables and launching the pc and then drag over the files I want from the hdd to the ssd? What is the OS file?
  11. any programs that I should use to copy?
  12. I have windows installed on my hdd, and is wondering how to copy this from the hdd to the ssd, allthought my hdd is a bigger amount of gb's used than my ssd is. so how do i oinly copy my OS, not the whole drive
