  1. Could that have set the mobo to smoke??
  2. Wait umm when I turned it on I was using the keyboard and mouse or whatever. I was on bios but I shock hit me small is that related ??
  3. Basically it won’t turn on after the smoke. I think the power supply died and motherboard too. Hopefully it’s those two only. I forgot to mention that it booted into bios before catching on smoke if that helps
  4. For this instance do I replace mobo, and psu then try again ?
  5. There’s seems to be no damage physically just the scent of burnt
  6. The pc has a Ryzen 7 not sure if 1700/2700 b350 msi rx 580 600w evga literally new today old one was Corsair 550. ssd not sure and hdd
  7. Pc wouldn’t turn on after GTA V. power supply wasn’t turning on so I replaced. Everything was back to normal and boom off with smoke coming out! What could have caused that ???
  8. So I shoot a lot on my iPhone it’s really convenient and the 4k60 on the iPhone 11 is really good! however when editing I can’t really do a lot. Files lag, audio glitches, video goes black. something with .mov files back in the day which premiere pro seems to handle much better than Sony Vegas. That’s why I switched to it! But those are h264 files, now with more and more things moving to h265 I can’t seem to edit smoothly... My specs aren’t good but they should be enough to edit. ryzen 2600, 16gb 3200mhz, rx 570 and an ssd. Adobe media encoder has issues with handling these files so I can’t even convert them most work but some files just won’t work. handbrake does something weird and they lag even more after being converted to mp4. I like high quality videos (why I got an iPhone 11) I’m sure a MacBook Pro would be able to edit them I hope so lol but that’s expensive! would an Intel cpu of rtx Card help ?
  9. Alright so for some reason I can edit 4k videos just fine in premier pro. I wanna watch videos before I import them though. In windows all video players stutter at 4k. This was not an issue until windows updated yesterday, the videos are 4k60fps from an iphone which have always worked fine. In task manager the cpu is like at 5 percent while the rx 570 is at 100. I do not understand 4k 24 works fine and on chrome 4k60 works well even 8k at 30fps.
  10. Dude that’s amazing! Imma order a Scythe Cooler then!! My budget is literally anything less than $60 Water cooling was a thought but Maybe next time
  11. They have the scythe listed as 154 but on the site it’s 154.5
  12. Sooo I’m in need of a new cooler to oc my Ryzen to 4.1ghz from my trash stock cooler that lets my cpu hit 95c. My case allows for a 154mm cpu cooler but the cooler I want is a scythe Fuma 2 it’s a 154.5mm cooler i haven’t found any good coolers that are smaller than that. Would it fit? My case is a rosewill natilus it’s like see through on the side fake glass I think ?
  13. Oh I forgot to add that it’s been about 90+ degrees here where I live right now
  14. Wait how do I check VRM? Is that not the same as the cpu temp? Or are they different ? Where can I check I’m kinda new to this
  15. My cpu is always at 93-94 c streaming but that’s after like 30 min! usually it’s 60c sooo basically if I get a better cooler it won’t help? Keep in mind I do have my pc in a garage with no ac and just 2 fans front in the pc case and one exhaust
