  1. Just checked it out it looks like a good cooler definitely might end up getting that one thanks for the pointer
  2. Yeah my bad the ninja 5 is 155mm tall. Still worried about the ram since I have heard mixed things about these large cpu coolers and ram clearance issues.
  3. From what I am seeing the ninja 5 has a height of 18cm when the max clearance that nzxt provides on the website is 16.1cm. Plus I am concerned of if my ram which is around 51mm tall would be compatible with the dark rock pro 4 or the ninja 5.
  4. I have been looking around for a new air cooler ( preferably 250w ) and with the s340 elite there doesn't seem to be many air coolers which fit into my case. Also ram clearance is a concern since I do not have low profile memory. I cant seem to find much about those and I am concerned about clearence. I am considering right now the dark rock pro 4 and the Noctua NH-D15(s). Ram: Corsair vengeance pro rgb
  5. I got a stable oc 3.9ghz at 1.35v thanks for the help!
  6. Also would I need to add voltage to dynamic vcore soc or just v core
  7. What would be a good voltage to try for?
  8. I tried to get my 2700 to 4ghz at 1.3V but my system was unstable and shut down. Not sure if I just got a bad chip for ocing or if I did something wrong. Edit: Temps did not exceed 60 degrees overclocked. MOBO: Gigabyte x470 Ultra Gaming PSU: EVGA 1000w
  9. I was looking at getting the Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh case but I am wondering if it comes with vertical GPU mounting support or if I need to get a separate bracket for that. If I do a recommendation would be much appreciated.
  10. from the looks of it picking up a new ssd did fix the crashing but now I have a new set of problems. Windows boot manager is on my hard drive and not my ssd so whenever I try and boot from my ssd without the hard drive being plugged in it just says no boot device found even so the ssd is the device with the os.
  11. I am going to do that today the backup was taking a long time so I couldn't get it done yesterday.
  12. According to crystaldiskinfo my ssd does not get over 33 degrees. Not sure if that is normal. Tried downloading a steam game on it and the download did not get faster than 30mb/s. I also ran windows memory diagnostics tool and no problems were found. Also, my hard drives outperform my ssd in downloading steam games.
  13. The cpu never goes above 52 degrees the gpu sits at around 60 degrees I do not get a bsod or an error.
  14. For the past while my pc has randomly just locked up and then shut down and I am not completely sure what part is going bad. My ssd severely underperforms with basic task such as downloading games and even spikes to 100% usage and an average response time of 10,000ms while downloading a steam game with a read and write of 100kbps to 20mbps. My motherboard also gives an error with the usb controller and the rgb cannot be controlled anymore and at this point I am at a loss of what I should do. Ryzen 7 2700 mobo: Aorus x470 ultra gaming psu: Evga 1000g3 Gpu: rtx 2060 ssd: silicon power 120gb.
  15. Alright so I gotta live with the low boosts if I dont want to manually oc alright thanks
