If it's the design, then it's a problem for everyone If it's the components used, it can vary since AIBs have their own chain of supply
-
At the moment it seems so, but there are AIB cards who followed the reference PCB design in their respective releases

https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1079930/geforce-rtx-20-series/rtx-2080-ti-founders-edition-contact-us/ The "issues" in question are black screens, OS and system crashes/hangs, artifacting They do not, however, point out the exact nature of the defect with these cards, since many have speculated it could be related to the new GDDR6 to it being way to close the the VRM To note, NVIDIA only takes responsibility for their Founders Edition cards; the responsibility for AIB partner cards are in their respective corners, and I suspect the AIB partners are not keen with dealing with this situation especially after the debacles in the tech press in recent times Further clarification: "Test Escapes" refers to components on the PCB like resistors or capacitors that are tested offsite and can be of marginal quality and not known until after the fact Other cause for is is malfunctioning test equipment https://www.evaluationengineering.com/avoiding-test-escapes-when-is-good-really-good

I would stay very far away from cheap SSDs, and specifically avoid DRAM-less ones

The best of what actually is is to obey the law, period. Feelings have no say in this matter, at all If actually the goal is to have fewer casualties possible, then self driving vehicles should not ever be allowed on the same pathways as pedestrians or other human driven ones A computer can "think" (actually it can't), it only does what its programming tells it to do, and it reacts based on those algorithms. The Self driving car, in a situation like those, should be solely tasked to stop the car as fast and as safe as possible
-
What's the point of the test or how I'd feel when it's most likely I'd be dead as a pedestrian or a passenger How's any of this have a relevance on obeying the law? That's what the self driving car manufacturers need to do, obey the law and do their absolute best to protect both the passenger and the pedestrians What is this, the court of social justice? Was it this the whole point?

is 60gb SSD enough for Windows 10?
bitsandpieces replied to iLostMyXbox21's topic in Storage Devices
You should have some basic knowledge about SSDs before giving advice to people What's Windows' size? About 40GB? that leaves the writes confined into a 20GB or less space and that will destroy the cells. hyberfill, pagefile will have continuous writes to that SSD -
is 60gb SSD enough for Windows 10?

No, you will destroy that SSD because of the limited write space available -
New PC - z370n WIFI very high temp

Use the supplied app from Gigabyte to read the temps as most of the times, with new boards, the readings are not accurate -

so is the price -
Read full review here: https://www.hardocp.com/article/2018/10/14/msi_geforce_rtx_2070_gaming_z_performance_review/ H have signed no NDA with NVIDIA: "HardOCP has an exclusive for you today. Since we have not signed NVIDIA's recent NDA, we are not being sourced RTX review cards by NVIDIA or its AIBs. We were however able to source a retail sample from overseas. The official embargo for the RTX 2070 expires Tuesday at 8am CDT. Since we are not held to NVIDIA's embargo we have a full RTX 2070 performance review for you today. We’ve got a custom retail-packed factory overclocked video card based on the new GeForce RTX 2070. We will be comparing the GeForce RTX 2070 with the GeForce GTX 1080 and Radeon RX Vega 64 video cards in eight games at 1440p and 4K. This is real-world game testing, using highest playable settings and apples-to-apples comparisons." The RTX2070 seems to be a very good alternative to GTX1080Ti and outright kills the reason for RTX2080 to exist There is however the matter for no existing RTX benchmarks
