Personally I use PhotoShop:
 
1 - Record/ download a video
2 - In PhotoShop: File > Import > Video frames to layers
3 - Enable the timeline in PhotoShop: Window > Timeline
 
Now you can select a frame in the timeline. This should mean that only layer 1 is visible when frame 1 is selected. When you move to frame 2, layer 1 will be hidden and layer 2 will become visible.
This way you can edit every frame individually, but you can also use shift to select multiple frames at ones and for instance add a new layer (above all other layers) with text for example, so that that will be visible on all selected frames.
 
When you are done editing:
 
4 - File > Save for web 
5 - Select 'Optimized' in the top left
6 - Make sure you've got the maximum amount of colours selected and that transparency is enabled.
7 - Resize the image if needed (GIFs can become quite large file sizes, not supported by every upload option).
8 - Click 'Save...' and save the file accordingly

Putting a fake BSOD screensaver and disabling wake on mouse movement on all 250 computers at my high school for April Fools day. (NOTE: I installed and maintained ALL 250 computer and continued to do so for 4 years w/o any kind of pay or compensation). That was probably my best.

Or just before graduation we edited the ticker that was around the front billboard to say stuff like "Killroy was here. AYBABTU. HackThePlanet, as well as a whole bunch of Simpson jokes". (Our Principals last name was Skener).

But as far as pranks go:

Inverting mouse movements.
Flipping the screen (will also invert mouse movements).
Swapping keyboard inputs (QWERTY-> DVORAK and vice versa).
Turning up my old boss's (who was a dick and NO ONE liked him, he also owed me 3 months back pay before I was "laid off" and refused to pay it) volume to max and having their windows logon sound a porn clip.
In cubicles, move mouse/keyboard inputs to adjacent cube and vice versa. So they control someone elses computer.
Using NET SEND command to send creepy messages to people in the library (like, I can see you, I know you are in the library, you are wearing x, y, z, you are x, y, z w/ x color hair etc etc etc).
Remotely shutting down/restart computers in the Library.

Normally I watch Linus' vids and live stream on my pc (24'') or phone (4.7") or tablet (8.9") but now I just watched the latest live stream video on my new 55" flatscreen... Damn Linus got big :D !!

Nexus 4 all the way. I'm choosing myself between it and HTC one X. Because the biggest con of MOTO G is you are limited to 8GB of it of which android takes up almost a half and you get only about 4gb for all your music, apps etc... And some people complain about the screen not being very good.

Talk about misleading titles. I feel cheated...

Sometimes it's the refresh rate setting in the game - is it 60Hz? Try 59Hz if there is that option. Or maybe you've set the resolution wrong by accident.

I just want to point out to everyone who said no,you don't need an AV, there is this thing called an iFrame.

But basically, iFrames can actually be used to load viruses and other stuff onto your computer, and even if you use common sense, and don't download anything, you can still get a virus just by visiting an infected webpage.
Here's a walk through on what you can actually do with an iFrame of course, the flaw was patched.
