3600. i think 60$ is worth it. if its to expensive then i might go saving route instead of wasting on 2700x. 2700x is not bad but better perform and future for 3600.

idk about the Cases and motherboard.  but i think is okay. 
 
3600 for gaming is pretty good. it would handle many 1080p games. 1660 Super could handle all the game with high setting stable 60fps at 1080p resolution. but idk about RE7.  the ram is pretty slow but its okay since the GPU is strong enough it wont lose a lot of frame.

Too much for mobo. 1650ti is idk not preferable. SSD like Crucial MX500 or INtel 660P or for cheap use XPG SX6000 m.2 . 32GB for what?. 850W is Insane. 550W is enough like RMX or CX 2017

Probably overpriced, get some 3600 CL16 w/e the brand.

sounds like editing and doing others simultaneously. 3700X B450 TOmahawk or X570 ( pricy). 850W is overkill . 650W TXM corsair is enough.

There isnt any reason speculation in ram problems, when the ramspeed probably isnt your problem.

Above are the specs the the mobo. It lists CPU support up to i7-7xx which I think would be i7-760 as maximum. It doesn't cost a lot on my local ebay. That gets you up to 4 cores and 8 threads compared to the 2 cores 4 threads of your existing i3.
 
Ram wise, you can pull out the existing ram and replace it with 4x4GB to get up to 16GB. Supports DDR3 up to 1333, you can buy faster but it just wont run faster.
 
GPU wise, are there PCIe power connectors off the PSU as that will be a deciding factor. I think the 650Ti did have one? That would determine the maximum GPU you could put in there. So do check if there is a 6 or 8 pin power connector before we continue.
 
This doesn't consider of course if it is worth it, but what could be upgraded.

bruh im using i5-8250U which is equal to i3 desktop and works fine. and aso runnign 8ggigs single channel.

Only thing worth upgrading is the GPU, and if you don't have an SSD for your OS do that. Otherwise if you feel you really need the performance boost just build a new system, nothing really to "upgrade" to on older platforms.

Enable to iGPU in the bios (would probs be set to auto, and auto means disabled if you have a dGPU), then you can use both the 660 and Motherboard ports.

Some specific tabs ? Do you have any extensions installed ? Check your RAM with MemTest86.

Is the power cable connected to the GPU?
Is the monitor connected to the GPU?
