Why would I buy slower cards? They are slow at rendering the frames while gaming. 

I dont mind supporting it when its the only GPU that gives me the best performance there is. Want the best? You have to pay for it. It has been like that since the beginning of time. Since when is this news to you? Are you even reading what you're typing here?
 
Also. What would you suggest me to do, if I want the best performing GPU there is right now? Money is not a topic in my case.

Why are you so god damn mad at us who can afford a 2080 Ti anyway? Be mad at Nvidia for being a dick of a company instead. Thats what monopoly does. It's what it is. Sometimes you just have to accept the defeat. 

highest I've seen is 66°, that was while doing some benchmarks. I cant hear the gpu fans at all.

32 gigs of ram is maybe something for later. for now 16 gigs is enough. I actually work with the Trident Z white accent ones, and they work great for me. you could check how much Vengeance Pro rgb cost you, but memorywise you made a great choise. and the timings doesn't matter that much on the intel platform, maybe a couple frames.

Those should be just fine. You won't notice the difference in everyday use or in gaming.
Also the 16Gb should still be fine for gaming.

Seriously? 2080 costs like $20 more than 1080 Ti. 
 
I have 2400mhz ddr3. Yeah, I dont really plat that much AAA games. I actually just bought myself a 8086k from a friend, got it quite cheap. Looking foward to see the performance jump.

that's not what I'm saying. The more you pay, the more you (normally) get. But it doesn't mean that these two cards are THAT different. Cooling is crucial, higher end gpu's are the better binned ones. it's all true. But I don't think for these two

650w minimum. It wouldnt hurt buying a proper 850w either, as it will last long. I've bought a  HX1000i psu 4 years ago, and its just as relevant today as it was back then.

Do keep in mind that if you buy Ryzen, dont cheap out on the RAM. You'll want 3000+ mhz speeds.

yes & no. Depends on your airflow through the case and ambiant temperature. should be around 30C. I bet your load temps are quite high, which could explain why you are unable to boost past 2000MHz.
You shouldn't need to. The Geforce driver is what you need. Use DDU to uninstall the old drivers, and download JUST THE DRIVER from Nvidia's website. You do not want GeForce Experience.

Maybe, can't really know for sure without insider information. However, if they haven't done it already, I highly doubt it'll be added later.
 
Personally, I don't see why it would need to be disabled with Picture by Picture so it would be a good idea to consult the manual or Samsung support to see if there is a way to fix that issue.

My brother badly damaged his shoulder about 7 years ago, and he has been in surgery 5 times here i Norway, and he is still in ALOT of pain. The first two surgeries probably just made the situaion worse. Now all the "best" hospitals here in Norway say there's nothing more that can be done surgically. I know that all the pro norwegian athletes are sent to another country if they have to do something surgically, because there probably arent any proper surgeons that specialize in 1 area. 
 
So the next thing to do here(I think?) is to find a surgeon who really specializes in the shoulder area outside of Norway. Now the question is how do I know which country we should visit? I've been googling my ass off, and I still don't know shit. Money wont be a issue, we will go all in if thats what it takes. 
 
Where do I go from here? Most of the stuff I find on google are pointing me towards US. 
 
I(we) genuinly need real help. He cant be living with the pain he is in now.

I wonder how this would work on my NUC Hades Canyon HVK. Liquid metal on both GPU and CPU would probably be awesome. I've already clocked it to 4.3GHz, and it sometimes goes as high as 90 degrees celsius when gaming.
